I flipped out on the scammer.  I said, "listen Abu, I know that this is a scam and I'm not sending you a dime.  Stop calling.  The police and attorney general are now involved".  He became irate and stated that he was sending the police to my employer and I would be arrested.  Well, it's been a week and no one has shown up.  They also stopped calling (knock on wood).  As for it being resolved, I contacted the social security office and there is a red flag on my number.  I also contacted the three main credit companies and put a 90 day fraud alert on my number.  So far, it seems to be over but you never know.  These jerks have my ss# somehow.  It's scary!

Just read through all my info on the blog at the top.  I also blew these guys phones up using VoIP.  They did not like it very much at all.  @Janett I don't know how much more info you wanted me to dig up.  I got his home address for you after all:) and his marriage license, phone numbers etc.  Send him letters, call him. He deserves to be harassed the same way his companies harass us.

Same thing happened to me. Called wih my name, address, name of bank, employer, and soc number. Told me i was going to be arrested but if I sent him cash and a picture of my debit card, front and back,, as well as my license all would be cleared. When i didnt, he sent threatening messages. I contacted my local police, bank, and social security office. Attorney general is now involved.

k, he said my bank first convenience n a online loan was involved, I called my bank and the said not possible and he is calling from a 619 area code too. What should I do? He has all my info. I think my bank leaked my personal info.

I received a call today from the same number listed above about the exact same thing. This man called stating that I owned money for a loan that I took out and when they tried to take out the money from my account, it wouldn't go through. He then stated that a police officer was to show up to my door, give me a subpoena, and I needed to get himself an attorney before going to court. For starters,it seriously pisses me off that someone has my account information AND social security number. I don't know who this is, but I will be reporting this.

I got a phone call today they was talking about some case against me and that they gave me 8,000 into my bank account which was a lieand i had to pay them back they got my job info called my job with tnis crab and left a message on my voice mail they say they coming to my job 2morrow to suopena me wit sum papers and i got to go to court and they said i better have bail money, the guy didnt let me talk when i said this is a scam he yell at me and said how im gonna borrow money and not pay back i was trying to speak and he just hang up on me, i hope the FBI gets these ppl this is riduclus had to change my bank account,

Here's a little advice. Keep calling them!  I called backtwice giving them s***. The 3rd time they told me to stop calling haha

Just pick up and flat out say you know it's a scam and the person behind the whole thing is named Scott Tucker and the FBI is investigating.

Look at my above post. The FBI encourages everyone to file a complaint. You can do it right on their website which I did. Get a copy of your credit report which is free every year. Go over it. Then notify them to flag your credit due to the scam

These people keep calling and want me or my attorney to call them immediately. They keep threatening me and will not stop. It is a bout a loan they say they deposited into my account, but there has never been any money put into my account. They keep telling me a about a case number, but they will not provide anything else. They keep giving me my social security number which ids scary. Is there any way to stop this. Someone please help if possible.

I got a phone call from them and whe nI called them back, they said that a judgment was against me in the court.  I asked so if I called the court, I can get all the information from the court right?  They said why would I do that and I recognize that these guys are scamming people they are from instantcash.com and I gave them hell like you would not believe.

I just called them again and now they are saying they are from instantcash.com
i let them talk and gave them hell.
