some one name ms flores harrssed us 17 times yesterday on one cell phone(951 number used) and this one on my phone 760., threatning a claim and that I have been notified and today the final notification. to contact 866-277-9049.....sounds like a scammer and a person who has got a hold of our personal infor.....sad and illegal. what can we do?

Someone named Jan Hall has called various members of my family in multiple states trying to find me. They use social media to try and track you down so set your privacy settings to not allow them to see your information. Don't accept friend requests from people you don't know. Like above they also left a claim number with their messages. Definately an aggressive collection agency.

Just like the previous report. They read me my address and said they were coming to my house to serv with with papers. He told me to call a number and gave me a claim # and someone answered saying I had to pay them a credit card debt I have.

he keep call say someone filled charges and to stop the process I need to send the money...he said he is coming to my house.....
