I will testify.  I worked there and they are liars and nuts.  Sue John Wyatt Toni McKinney and Blaise Rodon also.  Collection Managers!    They tell the collectors to act that way!  You have them to thank.  Am in a better place now.

I don't have anything to do with them. This number keeps calling me drive me crazy. I called back from this number and nobody knows who called. It is harrasement.

I have never had a company call me so many times! I make arrangements to pay, and the calls still come. They call so many times a day that I sometimes have to recharge my phone mid day because it rings so much. I would answer, but all I am doing is repeating myself since they are just going to call back and make me say it again to someone else who apparently doesn't speak English well enough understand me the first time I say something. I am refinancing the first chance I get. I am never more than 10 days late. They will not let me adjust my due date. If I could get a month ahead so it wouldn't matter, then I would. AARRGGG! Companies like this is the reason people screen their calls. We have our other car financed through ALLY and they are wonderful and a perfect example of how a loan company should work. They are friendly on the phone, always work with us if needed and usually speak English. If I call and say I am going to be late. They will not call back in between those days. I don't quite understand what a suing the company will do though. I imagine they will always be this way. Some companies are shady. I just wish I had done some research on them before financing my vehicle with them.

this is first investors..they are very nasty. The will call up to 10 times a day.

I have no idea why these folks keep calling me. They are asking for someone I don't even know. I personally have outstanding credit, but
they must be chasing someone else and need to STOP calling my business cell phone.

Predetory Borrower

You sound like you work for them too. I would be more apt to talk to someone and arrange something, regardless if I was late or not if they were not so rude. They are derogatory towards my wife, and talk down to me. So in my opinion, they can go F**K themselves. If I'm late, charge me the late fee, but stop calling me three days BEFORE my bill is due demanding a payment.

Didn't you all agree to make payments on or before the due date?  A grace period only applies to late fees, not delinquency.  I guess you pay when you feel like it.  Predatory borrowing!

These people drive me nuts!  They bought my loan from my original lenders.  Don't they, by law, have to follow the original contract?  Mine states that I'm not late until the 28th.  They start calling me on the 14th of every month.  I usually pay between the 20-25th of each month, but they don't listen, and half the time the accent is so bad, I don't understand what they are saying. I'm now to the point that my cell phone ringer is off all the time just so I can get some peace.  I would like to see these people go out of business.  And next time my lender wants to sell off my loan, ask me first! Any advice would be appreciated!

Hey Lucky me I have two notes with this company.. I am a professional auto loan bill collector also!! If you are under 40 days in any state you will be fine. The people that are calling in this stage of 40 days and below work on a auto dialer. I am going to give you some assitance how to handle this company and its calling... Legal information!

First Investers called my home askingfor me or my daughter but to find out if we know Robin or Duwayne Davis. When I called back I found out that it was a collection agency and Iwas told that my name and phone number were in these folks file folder. I do not know these folks so I am thinking some kind of scam to use my info to get money from for someone else.Iwill be notifying the authorities.

Called many times at home, but never left message, when I did talk to them I made arrangements, and the calls kept coming. They started calling my work and I finally faxed them something. I told them I was 125 short on my bill, they said no problem/ They wont stop calling.

Because they state that a call every day is a must and we don't like to have accounts beyond 30 days!  Who the Fxxxk cares!
