no message, no id

Got a call from this number yesterday, no call ID, no voicemail... I'm a UChicago alum and I blocked the main UC fundraising number (773-702-1221) a long time ago with Google Voice. I'd guess this is them too?

I received a call from this number and did not get a message.  It was the night after receiving a call from 773-702-1221 which has been reported here as a University of Chicago number.  Does anyone know if this one is too?  Thanks.
