Kevin White and anthony marcello put the 6 lines at my work on auto dialers for approximately 5 hours of constant ringing. Because I don't have the money to pay them.  I lost my job and thgey are still dialing my work number. I have been called names even my coworkers are being harrassed.  Called the police they say there is nothing they can do about it.

theating to blow me up with a bomb..........and keeps calling my job asking for a payment. this is really frustrating and stressful.......

Have you discussed this with your manager and asked that he/she speak with the caller and order them to cease calling his business and your place of employment?  Once he does this,  or you advise him that he is jeopardizing your job,  he must cease immediately.  If this is a real idiot he probably will continue until he has run his course.
It might be good for you to write a letter describing this situation,  ask for your manager or supervisior's help in stopping the caller,  and ask that he place it in his/her files.  You should also be aware that Termination or the Threat without Cause is grounds for suit.

keep calling my job saying i owe money, and calling me names with threats and saying if i dont pay he will not stop calling me, im at the line of getting fired from my job and this needs to stop.......

We have been receiving several threatening phone calls from various numbers with various area codes and messages. These calls list the last 4 numbers of my social security and often state that they are in regards to debts or  "restraining orders"  which I don't understand at all.   We are told to call the above phone number back,  781-443-7324  and sometimes even that number is different.  Although we did file bankruptcy a few months ago, all of our creditors were listed and contacted by Curtis Walker , our attorney.  612-824-4357 phone #  or 612-824-8005 fax # and all callers regarding debts at that time were informed to call our attny. with one caller from Cash Advance stating firmly that he wasn't calling anybody!!  None of the calls since our bankruptcy hearing in Nov. 2012, have identified the company they are calling from however.  Our Mn. attny. generals office told me to ignore the calls as they are a scam but now they are calling my work too,......Please help to end this nightmare...........thank you

It might be helpful for you to print off this page and show it to your boss and HR Dept (if you have one).  It is NOT your fault you are receiving harassing phone calls from a scammer.  They should not be calling your work if you or your boss has told them to stop calling.  Do not give him any information and tell him that he must MAIL you (not fax or email) a debt validation letter as mandated by the FDCPA.  No proof that you owe the money = you don't pay.  

Even if you do owe a debt, call the original creditor and let them know what's going on - many times, scammers will call customers of legitimate loan companies and scam them into paying for debt that's either already paid off or up to date.  Tell him you have also reported him to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General.  It may not stop him from calling, but don't let him scare you!

I have been getting calls from this number and the man on the other end named anthony marcela has been harrasing me and my work place for a long time has called my boss names need a lot of help it is stressing me off.

Everyone needs to call Verizon, and MCI Worldcomm and complain, call your State Attorney and file a complaint also, think about contacting NBC 60 minutes, Dateline etc,.  Maybe they will get after Verizon and MCI Worldcomm  We do not allow employees to receive calls and they are tying up our phone lines with non-stop calling

saying that I owe Cash Advance 4,000. But if I could give it
In payments it will drop down to 1,450. Thay also said that
If I want to make one payment of 860 it will close my account.

Do not respond or even engage in a conversation with theses people.  They are scammers from India and once they feel like they got a sucker on the hook, they will keep calling and calling and calling.  Just hang up if they call your job, or tell them you got fired as a result of the calls.  They will not ever stop calling so the only thing you can do is to not engage them at all.

Roy miller also keeps calling my job saying i am getting arrested for oweing them $ i havent even used my ss # idiot i am protected a** hoes.

I keep recieving calls from this number to my employer, saying I owe a cash advance when i havent even looked into that. Said his name is Roy Miller and its emergent for me to contact him. Please.... I done have time leave me alone!!!!!! v

calvin taylor calling from this number, he has changed numbers and area codes. he stopped calling from (508)409-2080. message is the same....law suit for money owed that i don"t owe.

I am not certain what exactly he wanted but in AZ calling more than 3 times as well as calling hanging up and redialing isn't permitted!!

Also..  add a call filter on any android device and block them..  saves you a little bit anyways!!!

they do not stop calling

Received a call at 8:57 am today. Let answer machine pick up ..message stated name his was Mike Stone with ???? from Boston City, Mass.State with the   BFF investigation Dept...looking for ???? Wilson.he stated that they.received a legal complaint against name &  SS #....could hear alot of background noise...his voice sounded like he was from India....

they keep calling my old job and saying there are going to take me to court for 700.00 and they dont think I can afford it thats why im going to court. What is this if you owe someone money can they just have you arrsted? His name was david green but sounds like he is from a different contury. I asked for a court case number and he could not give it to me. I asked what it was for he said cash advanced I said ok well let me speak to a manager he would not let me then he got very rude. Should I be concered I have gotten payday loans but never been hursted like this by one.

Follow my advice and do the same, report them to Federal trade commission and Federal Comunications Comission

The have called today almost non stop since 8:30 this morning a person claiming to be  Mathew White. Very nasty and temperalmental. He claimed I would be arrested within 2 hrs after initial call if I did not immediately pay $683.00 via Western Union for my Cash Advance loan. By the way I never took out a loan but I called the Federal Trade Comission at 866/653-4261 and filed a claim. Call Federal Comunication Commission and do the same thing. Funny I still have not been arrested so far.

Called me numerous times in a short timespan and harassed my work with calls too. When I finally talked to him he said he represented Cash Advance and said I owed them $800+. I don't care if they keep calling me...I'll just keep ignoring him. But my managers at work were getting really upset. He said his name was Bryan/Brian Scott.

2 calls from this number to my phone asking for a name of a person that does not live there.  Tells people they are to call the number back & ask for David Green.  They claim they are with the legal dept from Cash Advance & when you tell them no one by the name they are looking for is there or lives there they get very nasty with you & tell you to shut the f--- up & if you are a woman they call you a w***e & get very disgusting with you.  It is definately a scam trying to get information so they can commit fraud on you.  Ignore this number & do not answer the phone!!!!
