So what if you have no money. do you not eat, not pay rent. Easy for you to say...you have money. I am a home health nurse, no insurance, no benefits. Someone has to care for everyone's sick kids and family members, can you do it so I can get a better paying job and pay back every bill I have? Or may be you can come with me to work and see what I have to do all day. Oh no I am lazy and week. Why would you do that. Maybe before you judge people you might want to have some compassion. Unless you are a GOP and enough said.

Got a call from this number. It's PCB a debt collector. They apparently bought out one of my medical bills from the hospital. The people are very rude and try to get you to give them your credit card number over the phone. I always tell them no they can send me a paper statement. I've only ever got one paper statement from them in four months.

I get a phone call almost everyday from this number and there's never anyone on the line.  Just a recording that says "all our representatives are helping other people, please stay on the line for the next available rep".  Needless to say, if you don't have the manpower to actually put a human on the line, you're not going to get to talk to one on my end.

I am in the same situation.

This is a collection agency - PCB - also known as Rossman & Co.

Call comes up on caller ID as "0". I think this is to a collection agency, however they do not provide the name when leaving the message. I called them back and they answered the phone "PCV".

These people called last night at 6:59 PM and today at 8:45 AM and 3:45 PM.  I called back and there was no answer at 4:33 PM.  My caller id says Rossman and Company.  As far as I know I do not owe this outfit. Surely I would have received something by mail prior to them calling.

i keep getting the call on my cell. don't even know who it is

They called me a couple of times every day for the last couple of days. This morning i answered and it was a courtesy call from Time Warner Cable reminding me i was late on my bill. (my bad!) I told her i would pay online and she was very nice.

Once your Attny is involved they cannot call you...period. you need to go to the FTC.Gov website and file a complaint. Per federal law on the federal Trade Commission site once you have involved an Attorney and provided that agency your Attorney contact, they are no longer permitted to contact you, it's illegal!

I received a call from this numer at 8:35  AM on 2/5/11.  They left no message.  What is their business?

I just received the 4th call from them since 8:32 this morning. They had called just 8 minutes before! It shows up on my caller ID as Toll Free SVC. They always let it go to answering machine but never leave a message. I've gotten tired of the persistent calls today so I answered. It was Rossman & Co. They were calling about a bill I've been dealing directly with that company about and told the lady that. She confirmed what I said, said thank you. I told her to Please quit calling. She hung up. Now we'll see if that took care of those irritating calls!

I have received numerous calls from this number and never once has the caller identified who they were nor the company name. Only to call back on this number and with a file number.

I receive calls from this number up to 8 times a day from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. It's a bill collector. I'm paying on that account every month and still they continue to call. It is for a hospital bill when I had surgery a few months ago and they expect you to come up with the whole amount at one time. Well, I'm not a person that has thousands of dollars just lying around. I wish they would quit harassing me!

got a call from them  siad i owed some money to a medical office.  rude,  What a racket,  they just say you owe money and expect you to send them some money.

They continually call me. I have politely called back each time they have called. They ask for my name which I give and they say they have the wrong person they are sorry for the call and they will remove the number. Then the next morning I recieve a call again. After a month of this I asked to speak to a Supervisor this morning and he tells me they have 7 accounts in their office with my cell # attached to them - I told him I'm not the person to please stop calling I have a newborn - he then tells me I need to tell the person giving my number out to stop. Really? How am I supposed to do that?

they called me 6 times in a row and never left a message they really wanted to talk with

I recieved a call on my cell phone and it registered "unknown caller" so i didn't answer. Not a minute later a woman calls and askes for me at my job. When I answer she hung up. Still don't know what they want. There was no message left on my cell phone. Just annoying!

They've been calling my house for weeks.
They'll call multiple times a day from 9 in the morning till when they feel like stopping, they'll stop for a few days, and then they're back.
They're very rude and annoying.
I don't think they really have anything to do with Insight. I think they just claim that they do to try to collect debt that you don't even owe them.

Receiving calls every morning at 8:20am.  Now received a second one within 20 minutes.  Answered it and spoke to a very rude person who would not let me get a word in edgewise.  Re a medical bill and when I asked for more information said it was up to me to get info!  If they want any money from me, I am not going to do their work for them.  Did not want to hear me out so I told her to shut up and listen and to send me something in the mail then hung up.
