Someone needs to kill these people who keep hanging up on me. I told them that I'm not going to vote for Obama and now they call and prank my phone 2-3 times a day. When I answer - they hang up.

They called & asked for my son; when told he doesn't live here they said sorry & hung up.

Have gotten about 10 calls in the past two days from this number....either no one there when I answer, busy signal after one ring when I call back, and one time this call left me a voice message about some voting for some Democratic candidate tomorrow and what times the polls open.   Really tired of this.

This number called me at least 3 times in the past 2 hours, when I finally decided to pick up the third time (so I could tell them to take me off their list), there was nothing on the other end.  When I called the number back, it gave me the strange quick beeping signal (not a fax, not a busy signal).  A reverse phone search on Dexknows.com showed now results.

Calls and when I answer no one is there.  Very annoying

This number continues to call my home phone.  I finaly answered yesterday.  She asked for me by name.  I said "she" wasn't here and wanted to take a message.  She hung up.  Today they keep calling every 10 minutes.

Why are they hanging up? Is this some sort of scam?
I got a call just now too, but not knowing this number, let answering machine get it. But no voice message was left.
I am curious to know how come everyone saying that they hang up. for what reason? there has to be a reason?

This number I think works with another company or sells my number to another company as now I'm getting annoying calls from 760-333-4088. Any one getting the same problem?

They have called 2 X tonight, 1 X yesterday afternoon, and 2 more times this past week. What's up with it?

Calls repeatedly... annoying.

I've gotten several calls (about 8) from this number within the last three days.I ignored the first five calls, but the last three times I have answered they hang up.

This number keeps calling me! Yet they don't leave any messages. Doesn't that count as an annoying caller as per California law?

Got a call from them yesterday and they claimed to be from Sprint, and asked me if I was happy with my current service plan. They started off by describing my current plan (how many minutes I get, etc) so it seemed legit, but then they asked if I had any family members that wanted to change plans, and then they asked if I lived alone, which seemed very sketchy. It sounded like a call center from India. I hung up on them and later got another call from the number, which I didn't answer. I would recommend not answering ANY personal questions AT ALL from these people!

Had similar case like everyone else... called my cell and left no voicemail... possibly a scam. I didn't call but googled it instead. I am also registered with the do not call registry.

This happens TOO dam often..this number calls and i pick up immediately and there is no one...and then a dial tone. this is ridiculous.. This company needs to be put out of business.

They called 14 times today. All hang ups. I would like to find out who they are and meet them in person at their offices to personally put a stop to it - through whatever means necessary. Once I do find out who it is and get a valid number for them, I will post it on here so that we can all return the favor and call them repeatedly all at the same time.

I received this call at 4:45 today. I missed it because I was at work and they didn't leave a message.

Called me 10.14.08 3:48pst no msg left. It was an unexpected call with AT*T

Possibly someone who is trying to figure out which numbers active numbers.  I let it go to voicemail everytime.

Got the call on my cell with no voice mail.  Sounds like this maybe part of a scam?

I am also in NC.  Received a call last night asking about the election, said no thanks and hung up.  Received two calls from the same number today, once I answered and didn't hear anything, the second time they hung up after one ring before I could answer.

Asked me if I was voting for McCain or Obama and other NC election candidates.

They called me and asked me questions about who I was going to vote McCain or Obama. When I asked who they were associated with they said Republican National Committee. They ask me if I was prolife or prochoice and a series of other questions.

got a call - no response

Received call from 800-358-8140 (Unknown Name) tonight 8/21 @ 8:44 pm. When I answered no one was there and after a couple of seconds got the strange "busy" sound before disconnected.  I immediately called the number back.  It rang twice before getting the strange beeps (not fax sounds; then disconnected.  This was the 2nd call today (am) from this same number; same results.  We are registered with Do Not Call.

This number called tonight, but no one said anything. It only struck me as odd because another strange number called earlier today 321-504-7429 and I didn't get to the phone, but they didn't leave a message.
