I'm getting the junk faxes as well. You may fill out a report with the FCC @ esupport.fcc.gov/form 1088   You as a citizen may sue them in small claims court cheaply and easily.

The place is called Alliance Association Health. I tried looking them up so I could send the fax back, but I couldn't find a fax number.

I get the same crap but I'm not about to call that number.  I just throw away the trash.

This is the call-back number for a company who is sending unwanted faxes about a health care plan.  They include another number - 1-866-851-0812 for removing your fax number from their database - I have tried this (probably a mistake), and they continue to send faxes.
