Caller said her name is Tammy Tucker & this is an important call.

Same MO-Tammy Tucker over and over - for someone with our phone Number from over 2 yrs ago...........will it never end!!! Comes up UNKNOWN leaves return number 888-447-4168.

I started getting these calls from Tammy Tucker last week, but the number is 888-447-4168.  I am sure it is the same person and co.  I filed an FCC complaint, but probably won't stop them.

These people have called me at all times of the day and night. Sometime sthere is no one on the other end when I pick up. They called this morning- Richard Halford calling for my husband. We have NOTHING past due...He wouldn't speak to me only said to have my husband call them. Needless to say, my husband is ripping.

Tammy Tucker, Tammy Tucker...That lady needs help. Seriously, when she signed up for that job did she know that her voice was going to be used to bother innocent people. All I am guilty of is having a number that was once owned by some crack pot who did not pay their bills. I am not that crack pot! So stop calling me early in the morning and waking my kids or interupting my dinner. If I could find this Tammy Tucker lady I would call her ALL DAY LONG!!:)

Tammy Tucker calls my cell phone, as a recorded message, and has been doing this for the past few months.  Can we do a class action against them as wasted time, minutes, consumer annoyance?  What entity is she calling for because it's really annoying.

The number in question is a collection agency Encore Receivable Mgmt. They will harass you if they don't get their way. We should put a stop to this!! It may show up as "Unavailable" on your Caller ID.

I just received this call on a work number.  I called back to tell them to stop calling and received the "your call is important" message over and over again.

Same MO - This is Ms Smith, times to call etc.  

I'm on the West Coast.

Oddly, note person above me (same name) I just got a call, same thing. Ms. Smith with days and time to be reached. On other searches this is supposedly a collection agency called Encore. The only dealings I've had with collection agencies was YEARS ago about a book club that scammed me and I reported them to BBB and VISA and the company had a class action filed against them.

Got a call from this number.  It had called my phone several times today.  The message was from a Ms. Smith, recording with days and times she can be reached.  Do not know who this is, but am tired of these calls.

Tammy Tucker and Mrs. Smith both have called me from that number and only ask me to return their call.  (yeah, I'll get right on that!)

I'm sure its just a setup to a scam.

got same message as Shelly - answering machine message from Ms. Smith with the phone number 1-800-457-3878.  All calling times listed in the message were for Central time.

I have no idea when the call came, but thelady on the answering machine said her name was Ms. Smith.

Received this on my work number.  The same pre recorded voice mail from Ms Smith about an important business matter - then the hours to call (central time).

They somehow got my dad's cell phone number and called him looking for me. They refused to give any details to the reason for the call. A guy named Dustin from Encore left a message for me to call this 800 number. I have no idea how they got my dad's number.

I have been getting calls for months from this number, never able to get anyone on the phone about it. Finally got through today and they were looking for someone with my last name, different first name. . . they removed my number from their list when I told them it wasn't me.

Since I was assigned this phone number 3 months ago I have been getting calls once a week from Ms. Smith at 1-800-457-3878 asking me to return the call Mon thru Sat...
I know nothing about these calls other then what I have read on this site......

I got a call from this number on 3/15. I just returned it, and they were trying to reach someone named Michelle in Philadelphia. I have a South Carolina number, so that was a little weird. They apologized and took my phone number out of their system.

Just got a message on the answering machine.  It was an automated voice asking to call back this 800 number, leaving no name to ask for or anything.

I got the same message from Ms. Smith 0n 3/5/08.

Have been getting calls from these people now for several weeks...... only call after hours, never a human, always a computer asking you to call back.  Fed up with them.

I received a call from this number as aking for a return call to Ms. Smith.  I called them back and they were looking for someone that had lived in my apartment years ago.  He very politely apologized and "said" he removed my phone number from the list.  The company is Encore Receiveable Management, website www. encorermi.com

I have no idea when the call came, but the lady on the answering machine said her name was Ms. Smith. It is in fact a third party collection agency. They purchase old debts and then try to collect on them. They were calling me about some credit card I know nothing about from 2004!

Got a call on my cell from this number and it is a collection agency calling the wrong number. Apperantly they call anybody if they have the number. They people were very friendly and appologized for my trouble.

Got a missed call on my cell phone from this number.
