They called at 9:30pm that way to late you should never call some one that late also my husband picked it up the next day told them we were no long looking into there product and they won't stop calling us they call ever day at 9-10 am to 6-8 pm not cool stop calling.

I too have been getting numerous calls from Bath Fitters. Probably about 50 calls so far. I have told them 3 times that I was not interested. They quit calling for a few weeks and then started calling again. They call and wake up my husband in the mornings, they call every night, they call on weekends, Sat. and Sun. Finally, tonight my son called them back and told them to take us off the call list. I don't know if this will do any good or not. I definitely would not do any business with a company that is so annoying. Especially when I have told them in a nice way that I am not interested, and then in a hateful way that I am not interested.

I have been receiving calls from 800-594-8776 (Bath Fitter) numerous times a day as late as 9:15pm!  Today I had enough of it and called them back.  Spoke with the marketing division to a lady named Nikki and told her that I was recording this call (and I was) and that I did not appreciate all of the calls and that I wanted my number removed from their robo call list.  I also told her that by law I had to tell her that I was recording this call and that if I received another one that I would submit the recording to the appropriate authorities for action.   She 'apologized' for the calls and told me that she was removing my number.  We'll see what happens but if I get another one I will press ahead with action.  Hope this helps everyone.

Same story.  I filled out a card at the mall.  I later Googled them to see if I could find a ballpark price and found several reports which showed me I cannot afford them.  I answered the phone one time (they had already been calling repeatedly) and, after an unpleasant argument with the caller, I firmly said "I am no longer interested.  Do not call me again!" and hung up.  They continue to call me twice a day.

I have asked Bathfitters to stop calling since I went with a competitor to have my bathroom redone.  First they call the land line and when there is no answer they then call my cell phone.  Don't know how many times I have to ask them to stop calling me.  If I don't answer, they never leave a message.

Went to the mall and my husband gave our number to a rep from Bath Fitter for more info, only if  they won't call more than once.  They said they only call once, and if we are not interested will not call again, unfortunately my husband believed them.  After they called and I told them we are not interested...no money for the expensive outfit.  They continue to call.  Who can we report them to so they stop calling? There are other numbers calling from Bath Fitter, so they have given our number out to others.

I filled out a card almost a year ago. I am glad to announce that Bath Fitter installed a beautiful walk in shower for me a couple of days ago. I was skeptical about having the intial estimate, because I wasn't ready to do the work last year. The customer service rep i spoke with was very polite and assisted me on getting a free estimate. After shopping around and getting other quotes, I decided to go with Bath Fitter. They really do install in one day, and I couldn't be more pleased with the finish product. I would recomend Bath Fitter to everyone. They really are a breath a fresh air in an industry that is full of crooks and robbers.

I filled out a card at a fair over the summer. The company was calling me as well and I didn't realize who it was because I usually do not answer 1-800 numbers. Well, I finally did and it was Bath Fitter. I learned about Bath Fitter through my grandmother who was having trouble getting in and out of her bathtub. She actually fell and broke her hip. The representative on the phone was extremely helpful and sent out a professional to help convert her tub to a full size shower stall. The company was extremely thoughtful and had great care with my elderly grandmother. The final product is beautiful and grandma loves it!!!!

I was receiving calls from this number and did not know why. Then I picked up the call to find out it was Bath Fitter. I had requested information about their bath tub liners and wall systems. They set up a free in home estimate for my new bathroom and sent out a very helpfull bath designer to assist me in redesigning my bathroom. I only have one bathroom and their system can be installed in one day, whata great idea, and they are alot less than a complete reconstruction. My neighbor has their system and loves it.

1-800-594-8776 calls my home 4 and 5 times a day beginning as early as 8:30 a.m.  They do not leave a message nor do they identify themselves when calling.  My caller id only shows their telephone number.  I do not answer unidentified callers.  They hang up when my voice mail answers.  I want them to stop calling - whoever they are and if they are selling something I certainly would not consider dealing with them - they are too annoying.  If they were on the up and up they would leave a message.

I see now that they are Bath Fitters.. No way would I do business with this persistent company that hangs up rather than leave a message.  II just want them to leave me alone and stop this excessive "mystery" calling.

I thought they got the hint?  They have not called for months, and now they are back...agggh... BF's is totally a rip-off... look at people's response to shabby work, poor product - on line reviews, etc...A basic bath/tub surround is about 5K?  WTF?
Look at Menards, Lowes, and buy one for about 300 bucks, hire someone to put it in...your cost about 500 bucks - BF" wants at least $5K for a stupid tub surround?  Stay away, stay away - I could redo my whole bathroom and the rest of the house for 5K!

I have received numerous calls from Bath Fitter after attending a bridal expo where this company had a stand at. I have told them many times I am not interested, but they continue to call. They call anywhere as early as 8am and as late as 9:30pm and often several times a day!

specifically say to them "please remove my name from your call list" and they have to do so.  (It could take a little bit of time for that to catch up, but if they fail to do so, there are actions you can take...check out the consumeraction.gov)

They will NEVER stop calling.  I know this because I used to work for them.  Don't give your number to them EVER.  I was calling people that filled cards out YEARS ago.  Telling them not to call or that you are not interested will not work.  There is a little clause at the bottom of the card that says (in fine print) you are giving them the permission to call even if you are on the do not call list.  I understood the aggrevation of the people on the other end but we had to do our job and keep calling.  Plus, all it takes is a CSR not to close your call correctly in order for them to not ruin their stats and you were being called again that same day.  Managers never corrected these people; they rather p****off customers.

Already commented about this on 8/29/09. Told them that it would be at least two weeks before we could do anything and no to call again until then. They called again tonight. I recognized the number and didn't answer it because it was dinner time and it was 6 p.m.
Because of the numerous calls they have made at all hours, I am going to tell them next time they call that because of all the calls they have made to us I am not going to do business with them. Hopefully that will stop the calls.

Went to fair and took a brochure from Bath Fitters. They have called us at least twice a day since the fair two weeks ago. They have called early in the morning and as late as 8:30 p.m.
They just called and said they had an appointment with us tomorrow. I never made an appt. for tomorrow because we have plans for over a month for a picnic. Explained that we can't do it during the week.
My husband said to just have them come out, measure and give a price just to get them to quit calling us.
