I was charged on my bank account an unauthorized transaction. It lists this number but when I can it rings once then the line goes dead.

I was charged on my bank account an unauthorized transactions. The num in not available to contact . Please help me what to do with this transaction. I contacted the bank but they are not authorized to contact them. But thesr people are not pick up the phone .

I am a senior citizen living on a fixed income and this number deducted $39.95 from my debit card and I can not get in touch with them to remove the charge.

I also have had unauthorized $39.95 taken from my account on a monthly basis and don't know who this is...how do I get my money back?

Same here.  I got a charge on my bank account of 39.95 and it had this phone number but it hangs up when you call!

same story here its an add on company when you sign up for some credit line.. called FIRST UNIVERSAL PLATINUM.. i had to call multiple times to get through to cancel.. good luck  1-800-595-5110. they also try and sell you more junk before you get off the phone!!!!

This also happened to me and I called and raised all kinds of hell.  The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and threatening with telling me I authorized this and they can track the ISP address from the computer it was done on.  I don't care if they can track every move someone makes I did not authorize this and I told her exactly what I thought and now I have checked and 6 charges of $12.95 and 6 charges of $30.00 were all refunded back to me. This even after the woman had the nerve to hang up on me.  If this is happening to you I recommend you call 800-595-5100 or 877-852-8850 and pitch a fit then they will have someone contact you back (which is the rude ones) and more than likely as they did me they will refund your money. I did not sign up for anything nor activate any kind of credit card with these people.  I think I will certainly report them.  I am tired of scammers!!!!

Numerous charges on my credit card.  The person who answered this line said their computers were down and could not provide me any information.  I contacted my credit card company and opened a fraud case.  I also had to get another CC #.  I have no idea how these crooks got hold of my CC information.  I have a feeling, I not heard the last of them yet.  If your card has been charged, contact your CC company and protest the charges.  Do not provides these crooks any of your personal information.  I'm sorry I provided by address and phone #.

This number 1-800-595-5110 is the phone for First Plus Platinum on-line shopping credit card.  Once applying for this card @first plus platinum.com regardless if you finish the application or not, they will charge the applicant $39.95 per month whether the card is used or not.  I was fortunate to make contact with them immediately after I received the credit card and I did manage to cancel my membership.  However, several other companies have also added unauthorized charges, those being VCOMM @ 877-852-8850 for $14.95 and Grand Connect @888-573-6126 for $19.95. Also be on the watch for charges made by "Watchdog" which may charge for anything.
