they called said they were nation union insurance and they were calling for a 30 day review but I don't have insurance through this company and when I called it back they redirected phone call to 101515-800 and it was going to cost $5.00 for this phone call

They said they wanted to talk to my husband.  He had been chosen to recieve a $15 gas card, since he had recently purchased a pedipaw.  But they couldn't talk to me.  I took their number for him to call back, 1-800-613-6942.  I called it & it is an insurance center!!
