Sounds like a come on to me, vacation for $399pp all inclusive ??  Scarey !

I Received this memo 12/28/07 and the operator sounded genuine, but I decided to double check by google the # 800-670-1823 for validity. Glad I thought before I leaped!

Set your fax to automatic redial 10 tries.  Fax them back to the 800-670-1823.
That's the phone line they want you to call back on.  Tie up their phone lines and let them here your fax machine beep in their ear.  Do this 10 times a day and they get 100 calls on their 1-800 line which cost them money and time wasted.  If everyone did this it would completely shut them down.

All you have to do, when you receive these promo's, is call the 1-800-765-7905 number listed at the bottom of the page.  All junk faxes received at my place of business list a "to no longer receive" phone number you can contact.
They won't bother you again. Takes 2 minutes or less.

I like the idea of faxing back to their 800-670-1823 number 10 times daily. I am doing it as well.

I called (nicely) to ask how they got my fax#, mine is not published nor for incoming use. Lady I was transferred to was VERY RUDE, said I was "only" an employee whereever I was calling from so none of my biz & they are in Mexico so nothing I can do about it, that someone had called and requested to be put on the fax list (BS) and slammed me onto music on hold.  Sooo, I just left my phone connection on and let the music on hold remain - they left me there for a couple of hours.  Now, that call had to have cost them a couple of bucks!

We get these faxes every single day. I've called the "to no longer receive these requested promotions in the future, call..." number about 20 times, and guess what? I STILL GET THESE FAXES. I've called their 800/670-1823 and asked for THEIR fax number, and the woman is completely rude and just says she can't give me to anyone else, she's the reservations line. I'm going to fax them 10 times a day every day for a year. They're killing trees, damnit! If they don't stop, I'm going to book a Cabo vacation for 500 people and make her go through about 100 steps on the phone with me, make her get all excited, and then tell her to STOP FAXING ME!

Continually receiving fax form this number. I too will fax them back and tie up there line.

I bought this package last year, I spoke to a representative several times and went on to their website www.cancunbestfares.com   I have not been able to get in touch with anyone and the website is no longer working.  not sure what to do at this point, does anyone have another ??????

One day I was at work an seen fax from my job about a vacation to cancun. so I call the 800 on the fax and spoke to someone by the name of Edward Baldwin he was very helpful and nice. So far since I purchase the vacation from him. Me and my wife had a great time in Cancun. we got back a week ago and everything he said it would be was true. I will travel with them again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's ironic Bob, that you post the same message 10 times, complaining about fax spam. Fax spams are indeed obnoxious, but you're spamming this list! Enough already - we heard what you're saying.

We just bought this package for our honeymoon for this summer and then not even a day later realized that it was a scam by looking it up on google. We feel raped and want to make sure this is actually real. This is f'd up.

The FCC is in on the deal, they will not help you. Find a way to make these b*****ds, the 800 number people, to have to pay for their abuses from their own pockets.
It is a war and you have to learn how to fight it their way.

I have been getting the same BS fax for months now, 6 days in cabo $399.  I have tried the opt out phone number 3 times and I am still on the list.  
This time I tried the reply phone number and was hung up on by two seperate people!  On the third attempt I simply said "Hello, I am having trouble with my reservation, may I speak to a customer service rep or your manager".  They transferred me, and after 2 min on hold a hurried gentlemen answered.  I told him the opt out number wasn't working so he offered to take me off the list.  He also said it will take 48hours.  I will post next month if this worked or not!

The opt out number, 800-765-7905 has not worked for me. I've called it at least twice and I still get a fax from them once a week. This would make for a great class action lawsuit.

We all know that this is a scam and we still try to find out if it is true.  What we need to do is report these scammers and get them to jail.  The more people who report this to the FCC, the faster they will get to the scammers.

P.S.
The only way to get a good deal at a nice vacation spot is by knowing someone who works there.
