I've gotten several unsolicited calls from this number. The caller on the other end of the line identifies himself as working for ACS.  Always he asks for a Jason (don't know a Jason).  I have asked him repeatedly to take my phone number off the ACS list, but he won't do that without information from me such as my name, etc. This is getting annoying.  What can I do to get him to stop?

these jerks call 3-4 times per week, I have blocked their number and they call back on another number, from India, rude swearing and threatening. Reported to FTC nothing...We need help, I never had a payday loan, ever...F___them!!!

I told these jack***es, they have the wrong number about 4 months ago.  They quit calling, about a month ago they started back up.  WTF over?

Getting calls from this number at work.  Not cool!  Luckily I was able to block the number from calling my work number.

Receive 5-6 calls a day on my cell phone, I don't answer and they don't leave any messages.

Again 2nd day in a row.... they call my work number! Last I spoke to these India felons. I told them NOT A PENNY nor MY PRIVATE BANK ACCOUNT NOR ANY DEBIT?CREDIT CARD numbers will I give them, not in a thousand years to pay them!!!!!!!! My rights are to have  proof of the bill mailed to me !!!! And a return address and the accuser info like phone number and address for this so called bill of $65.00. This is required with the 1977 laws passed to protect consumers. ALL REAL DEBT COLLECTORS know this because you can SUE the pants off them!

I called this company to get my Account number and they say they are Advantage payday loans and that I owe them 435.00. I couldn't get past Hello before they started telling me they were going to garnish my checks and I hung up on them!

They call my work number everyday, I never answer strange numbers , they stated i owe $65.00 to advantage cash services ??????? I asked them for their address , he stated i can only pay by debit/credit card. I said Oh no never in a hundred years , he stated it would wave any fee's ... I said I would pay the fee's as not to give them any private info for they are a rip-off! he said they do not give out there info... I stated he needed to validate this bill by letter to my address they have on file and hung up! Oh right like I'm going to give them my debit credit card or bank account so they can clean me out! How stupid to they think we are?????????

good job sick of it and they do need to get in trouble but your right they are foreigners but the people behind it are not they are actual pay day advance companies that need to get in trouble for hiring these idiots. We need to stick together and make their life a living hell like they try and do to us. They cant even speak English so its easy to piss them off by saying speak english I dont understand you and that pisses them alot.

Caliing my work everyday ... funny but always around my paydays too! I have called the law and reported and FBI etc etc ....this has been going on since 2005! They interrupt our Biz calls all the time. I have spoken in the past to these scam artists  and they will never send me any proof of the bill nor thier fax number and they lie through their teeth! A real collection company has state and federal laws they MUST follow or can be sued up the butt by people like you and me!!!!!!!!! and yes they are either from India or in the USA with out a visa I'm sure! Felons are not allowed in the states from other countries.These guys must already have a jail history! A nation wide alert from the BBB is out on them since 2007! Give them nothing but slamming your phone as hard as you can on hang up to pop their ears!!!!!!!!

Calls every day, several times a day at home and work.  No messages left.

I hate to tell you but they do not stop calling and eventually they have some idiots with a heavy india accent calling you claiming to be the FBI or and Officer they are full of s***. I had this happen to me and they will call from different 800 numbers and they dont get in trouble because they are not from USA. They also call from different cell numbers beginning with 760, new york,washington, alot of different area codes claiming to be an officer dont feed into them. What I did was put the call on mute and transer to a non working number because they would not stop calling. I hope you have caller ID at work so you can try that.

I am a receptionist at my job, these people are not calling for me per se but for someone else and cliam to be tryin to get a verification of employment, Every single day this number will call and after I introduce myslef and the company they hang up. They just called again like 5 minutes ago after calling already 2 times this morning. I took down the number googled it found all these other posts. I called back and told the girl who answered who told me who she was looking for I have already told these folks he doesn't work here and stop calling. She tried to get snippy with me adn I told her to STOP CALLING and hopefully they will. *sigh* It is hard to get anykind of work done when the phone won't stop ringing just to be hung up on!

Again harassing calls today at my work! never a message and I never answer strange numbers! I already know they have some of my private info... last last encounter with these peeps from India was an attempt of extortion to say the least. They told me if I did not pay some $$$$ owed with fee's they would do funny things with my SS# !!!! All I asked for for validation of proof to whom I owed this so called money too! They will never deliver that info nor there mailing address and all I get is fake names and a fake company! For all I know they are sitting in prison right now over seas and SCRAMMING the Hell out of Americans... I'm VERY SICK of finding no protection form these terrorists !!!!!!

They call my home and when I do not answer, they call my cell.  I do not answer any toll free numbers or any CID's saying "Unknown."  I am not going to talk to these India Kooks.

Call times from this number are:  04/15  6:05pm,  04/16  8:23am,  04/19  6:27pm, & 04/22  5:01 pm.
 Was advised by my phone company, AT&T  that a subpoena is needed to trace toll free numbers.
  All other numbers from different area codes were traced to various phone/communication companies
  across the US.

Yeap they are gruesome souls to say the least ! They got my private info all the way back to 2004 and NEVER give up, infact an India person like always called my work yesterday again stating to my fellow worker I had a VERY serious matter once again like over all these years!
Change all my bank accounts and a High price of charges due to auto debits with real bills.
They even some how got my mothers phone # while she was in the hospital with 3 strokes and scared her to death claiming I was going to jail for writing bad checks, which I never use checks.
They robbed me of $1200.00 out of my old checking account back in 2007 with charges for NSF's this caused.
I owe no payday loans as they have claimed and keep changing the name of whom I owe and will never give me a fax number nor a mailing address nor a copy of validation to any bills. Another tatic they are using is sending me e-mail's ... I tryed to reply to there e-mail also state to them to mail me validation of this $65.00 dollar some which they only except payment by Debit or checking account info to pay off, Much to my surprise as I got finished with my reply and almost pressed the send key... all my contacts in my contact folder appeared in there email too column and my entire contact list also flashed down my screen? Wow these thefts are way out of control with no help anywhere to turn too! since all the collectors only seem to speak in accent of like in India ...my guess this SCAM reaches over seas and why they are not back in jail as of yet! THEY GET YOUR INFORAMTION FROM ANYTHING YOU MAY HAVE APPLIED FOR ON LINE, CASH ADVANCES, DEBT SETTLEMENTS, ONLINE GRANTS, ANYTHING OF THE SORT. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR # THEY WILL NOT LET UP. I HAVE REPORTED THIS 3 AND 3 OTHER #'S TO THE POLICE DEPT, FBI, FTC, AND ALL CREDIT BUREAUS, PUTTING UP FRAUD ALERTS ON ALL ACCOUNTS AND ALL 3 CREDIT REPORTS. THEY DEMAND YOU PAY THEM UNDISCLOSED AMOUNTS OF MONEY AND NEVER TELL YOU ANYTHING ABOUT WHO THEY ARE. THEY HAD MY CHECKING INFO AND MY ADDRESS AT WORK AND HOME, STATING THEY WERE COMING AFTER ME, THEY WERE GOING TO F*** MY MOM, AND I WAS GOING TO BE ARRESTED IN 20 MINUTES. I HAD TO CLOSE MY CHECKING ACCOUNT SO THEY DO NOT TRY TO TAKE MONEY AGAIN. DO YOUR SELVES A FAVOR...NEVER EVER OPEN ANY OF THESE SCAMS ONLINE, THEY ARE NOT TRUSTED SITES, THEY ARE ALL FROM TEH MIDDLE EAST AND CLAIM TO BE AN AMERICAN POLICE OFFICER OR LAWYER. THEY ARE FULL OF S***. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. HANG UP ON THEM, AND IF THEY KEEP CALLING YOU BACK, JUST PLAY ALONG WITH THEM AND TELL THEM TO GO BACK TO INDIA AND MAKE THEIR F****NG BOMBS AND BLOW THEMSELVES UP.

These idiots called my cell phone looking for the person who previously had my number, a Catherine McCabe. The first time I called them back, they just hung up on me. Second time I call them back, they didn't even identify themselves. I told them this call is being recorded, and asked them to identify themselves. They refused. I then asked them why they are calling my number. They claim to be looking for this McCabe lady. I told them this is no longer her number. I then tried to ask them again to identify themselves, but they hung up on me. I called them a third time, and basically called them everything in the book! These idiots need to learn how to be courteous to people. I say call them back, curse them out, and nag the hell outta them!
