I received a call from 801-236-7588 asking questions about a neighbor.  She did not identify herself as a bill collector and although she was nice enough on the phone, had asked me to give her name and phone number to my neighbor.  I'm so glad that I checked here first and found out who the call came from.  I don't want to cause bad feelings with my neighbor because I have to live next to them for years and years.  This is not my business if someone doesn't pay their bills and I should not be involved.  I will not give the message to my neighbor and I feel violated.

They just went through my facebook & called "friends" on my list.  Seriously?

They have called me twice about two different neighbors. Very annoying!

I got a call this morning asking about a neighbor that I don't know. The lady on the phone was pushy and I told her I thought it was against the law to call neighbors about bills. I think it wrong and they should leave people alone I don't have anything to do with my neighbor nor will I be a messanger

I just got a call from this number and they asked me what apartments i lived in and would not identify themselves even when we called back

They also employ a technique known as "skip tracing". Among other methods, they will run a debtor's address and home telephone number through a reverse directory search, and contact anyone they find who may live near the debtor, as well as use other databases to locate a debtor's relatives and contact them as well. Some of their techniques are legally questionable, but they manage to get away with it.

Recieved a call soliciting info that was about someone else and had nothing to  do with me. I consider the phone call harassment.
