I just had a call from this MIG Capital for a different number than I have seen here it is 813-463-0890 and it said Florida call on my caller ID.

Does anybody know an attorney who hasd already handled this company before?

I am having a real problem with this company. Can you call me

You can look up their records on sunbiz.org and I am sorry his name is spelled Israel Gonzalez.

If you are looking for the owner of the company it is Israel Gonzales.  This company buys old debt and preys on people who do not know the laws.  If you get a call from them record them and take it to an attorney and sue them, they will pay you because I watched them pay off many a lawsuits.  

These people will do anything short of elling their own family out to get your money.

i just received a call from David Carpenter from 813-262-6128 stated all the same informaiton, wants to speak with me or my attorney regarding fire #blah blah blah. It really does sound like a scam. He is calling me on my cell phone. Is there a way to stop the calls?

Called me about a debt I don't owe. The collector told me to go to my check book & write a check. I told them to go scratch.

THIS CALLER SAID THEY HAD A CLAIM WITH THERE FIRM IN MY NAME  BUT WHEN I CALLED IT BACK IT SAID NUMBER WAS NOT WORKING.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.

i received a call from this MIG and associates concerning a collection of a bill from about 7- 9 years ago that when i was younger didn't pay. she harassed me about paying the bill before they seek a legal route. she said she was a  partner and her name was " Mrs. Jones "  then when i asked for her first name she said she goes by " L jones or i'm also known by Kelly jones " sounded fishy.They were extremely pushy about a Visa card number for payment by the end of the month, which i said no i don't have any money for them. She then put me on hold twice for less than 30 seconds to ask a " Senior Partner " that just happened to walk by about having a lesser payment that i could afford, which i didnt at all ask for she offered after i said i couldnt afford to give any money, after that i hung up the phone and haven't heard from them since last week when they first called. They really didnt have too much info on me and the more they know the more problem calls they can give you

Repeated phone calls have come to my non published phone number from MIG as well as Safety Equipment Company, looking for someone who has no connection to me.  When I finally phoned back they knew who was phoning despite my blocking my telephone number.  There is something wrong with this kind if intrusion into a person's privacy.  These kinds of tactics should be illegal.

They called at 8 am.I kept saying hello.They didn't answer back.so I hung up.It said Safety Equipment Co.

They didn't call me, they called my daughter and said I had given her name as a reference.  Now give me a break, who lets you use family members as a reference. Don't owe so can't be for that. Not sure I trust this number.

Just received call from 813-262-8243 Kelly Jones from MIG Capital.  
Maybe a new number for them since it did show on the caller ID.
Of Course I won't call you back,  I am tired of getting debt collection calls for
people with similar names.  Stop the fishing, the real person you are looking for
isn't going to call you back.  There is a reason they didn't pay their debt so why
would they call you.
