called and left automated message. message said this is our last time contacting you, you have a lawsuit filed against you- call 02-864-1222...didnt add or quite get in the first number 2---202-864-1222. so i called back the number i received call from 817-275-9369...number no longer in service. also had a call 1 hr 1 min. later from 312-263-8267 saying the same message and telling me to call same number. called back 312-263-8267 and wrong area code or phone number.

The same number called me 2 hours ago.  I answered but no one gave a reply.  I hung up.  I called back and got the same message that the number was disconnected or no longer in service.  Just that quick.  No longer in service?

Got a call from this number and I live in Australia.  Caller claimed to be from the Heart Research Institute which is an Australian organisation.  Caller had a strong Indian accent.

I just had a call from this number on our teen line. Someone with a heavy indian accent told me he was calling re my Micro Soft Computer.

I got a call from a man who I could hardly understand and he was telling me my computer was being hacked into.  After telling him to repeat, as he was hard to understand.  After a few minutes I just hung up

Just called and was listed as "out of area" on caller ID even though the area code is local - so clearly not something right, and i didn't answer.  The notes here confirmed my suspicions.  Caller left no message.

Got a call from the 817-275-9369 number telling me they were Windows tech and that I had malware on my computer and that he would guide me to take it out or whatever. Knew it was a scam so I asked him to give me the toll free number to Windows because I was busy. Moron hung up on me. Get a life, son!

I just got a call from this number.  They have been calling me lately - Twice a day this week. The number has been blocked, The caller is definitely Indian. They claimed they are calling from John techie . a company who is helping your home PC fight off viruses during the holidays. What a lot of baloney !!But this time it showed up as a Texas number. 817-275-9369. I knew it was a scam because I've been researching online - In addition they were trying to trick me to giving them my IP number. I have yelled, cussed and threatened them in the past. This time around, I told them I do not own a PC... Totally Throw them off their script. I proceeded to ask him what he was wearing. Stop him in his tracks. Then my baby started crying in the background - great timing!! They want to keep calling I will keep playing along. My husband also taught me a trick which is to provide them with the IP number Which routes them back to their very own. Next time to call I'm going to be the Mortuary. If you can beat them From calling - get creative and mess with these callers.

I got a call from this number (817-275-9369) last night. I never answer unidentifiable calls and let my answering machine pick it up. There was no voice on the line but they played 65 seconds of some weird breakdance type music. That's all. No thanks.

Hi,I live in Spain and I got a call from this phone 1- 817 275 9369. I wasn´t at home but my wife took up the phone and told me later they asked for me by name. No one of my family have ever been to the States so I wonder how they got my name and phone number. I really don´t know what they wanted as my wife can´t speak english so she only understood they were saying my name.

Received a call from this number and he asked for me by name.  I've read all the posts here and while it's an obvious scam, I wonder how they get my name and my number.  As soon as I asked the caller "Who's Calling" they hung up.

I amswered and found no one there. I said hello 3 times a little louder each time until I heard    "F#%* you" and they hang up. Can these people be caught and charged with uttering foul language? What if I was an innocent chold?

These Buffoons sound very Pakistani or East Indian with their broken English. Sounds like a direct line from Bombay or Calcutta with the static on the line.

They ask if you have a computer. The say they are from the Windows Security. They talk like this, "Sir... but Sir, don't you understand about computer viruses....Sir....

The moron that called started to giggle when I repeatedly ask him what city he was calling from.

This number called me a couple of weeks ago, when they posed as a computer security company who then  tried to convince me my computer was "under attack as we speak" and that I needed to download their fix immediately.  He tried a couple of times to tell me his company was contracted by my ISP to provide this service. I would have thought my reaction to this lame attempt would have had me dropped from their list, but they just called again. Funny, they didn't leave a message.

lol, i googled the number cus it was a other one that my country(denmark) and i found out that im not the only one there has been called...

Called my mother's house number and asked for me by name, I'm not on the lease or anything so my name wouldn't even be linked to the phone number. Said they were calling from Home Comfort and asked if I was the home owner, I said no and they hung up. Guy was using a fake voice, made it sound higher then his voice would have been and sounded like he was plugging his nose.

Just received this call saying I won a grant from the gov't lol. I played along but got creative. He wanted me to pick up the cash at a western union. I told him just to come over with the cash and we would party all weekend ! We could buy some hookers and drugs. But he said I could not use the money for illegal items lmao. So I told him I would not tell if he didnt. He asked if I ever smoked the joint or smack. I said no but always wanted to try lol. He stated he was in Washington DC. So I said take some of my grant money and buy a plane ticket come on out. Bring Obama and we could f*** up this country even worse than it is. But he hung up before I could have any more fun. bummer, it was a riot lol.

Called my 10 cent /minute cell phone, that is on the DNCL, btw.  Hung on the voice mail for a looooonng time without saying anything.  There went 20 cents.

i just recieved a call from this number telling me i have a virus in my computer he sounded east indian but when i wouldnt give him any info he was upset so i hung up on him  817-275-9369 this is the number when i call back it says disconected and is a pay phone in arlington texas.

I could tell straight away it was a scam call.  There was crackle on the line and the guy asked for Mrs. Tom. I said there was no one here by that name and hung up.  I am on the international and National DO NOT CALL LIST.  I googled this number and wasn't pleased.

I was called from this number by someoneclaiming to be from windows and he needed to fix error messages they were getting from my computer. Told me to go to my computer and follow his instructions. After challenging him he just hung up.

got call from a guy asking if I had windows operating system,I said I had an apple ...when I asked how he got my phone #  he hung up.
