I just got this number and a guy named _____ PI _____... Not sure his name, must have a lot of collectors. Phone blows up everyday, with no options to stop the calls.
Thinking I may need to file charges of some sort, this has to be illegal, right? With no options to end this.

They represent numerous companies and are a debt collector.
They exist nationwide; in numerous states.
They call incessantly and never leave a message.
When you call back they never answer, you are put on hold to await a representative.
