Recorded call that said to push #1 to activate my new credit cards. Its a scam!

This guy called my cell, left a nearly unintelligable message claiming to be from the DEA.  Definitly a fraud, and since he's trying to impersonate a federal agent, I'm thinking he's one of the potentialy dangerous ones.

I had a similar experience to Chris, except the man with the funny foreign accent claimed to be from the DEA.  This has been discussed on some message boards, this guy is definitely a fraud.  And I'm pretty sure he knows that he's breaking some MAJOR laws by claiming to be a federal agent, so I would have to assume these fraudsters are potentialy more dangerous than the standard scammers.

got a call from this TX number (AT&T) cell phone. It was a man with a foreign accent. Stated he was with the Dept of Justice. I called the number back, he knew my name but I said he had the wrong number. He said that he did not and that I was this person. I denied it, and he stated he was with the Fraud Department in Washington DC. I said he had the wrong number and hung up. He turned around and called me right back. I haven't committed Fraud... Im thinking this is either a debt collector who does not abide by the collection laws or a scam... possibly identity theft type of call.

Got a call from a man with a foreign accent, stating he was calling from the Department of Justice. I called this number back and the same gentleman answered. Said he was with the Fraud Department in Washington DC. He knew my name without me having to give him any information. My name doesn't show up on Caller ID. I haven't committed Fraud, but I imagine I would get a letter rather than a phone call if it actually were the Fraud Department from the DoJ in DC??? Im thinking collection agency who doesn't recognize that there are laws involved when attempting to collect a debt.

called to tell me happy new year... twice. Third time they said nothing. Figured out how to get the number and it was an ATT voicemail system... Called again and they actually answered but said nothing and then hung up. Then they called me back and hung up.

I've been getting calls from 817-999-9302 lately.  I have them go directly to voice mail.  Sounds like someone calling from a noisy place.  This call was on 06/08/2013 @ 10:17 PM

it's back and now forwarding itself to 214-717-6215 with no message on either.  idiots.

A voice mail from (false) Prophet Manasseh Jordan saying that the person calling is a prayer closet guard and they are about to put my name in the prayer closet for Prophet Manasseh to pray for me, but my information is incomplete.  Incomplete, as they have no clue who I am.  This was a call to my cell and I will be contacting them (800-234-9071), another number they gave on the voice mail.  I'm a Christian and I don't appreciate these scammers using Christianity.

got a new phone which must have visual vm; this number calls and i am told to enter pw for visual vm.  I don't want to see visual VM!  ,

Isaac Taylor is a financial adviser who sells insurance. He is a nice guy & will likely stop calling you if you ask him to.

I have received several calls from this number and when I check voicemail, they have hung out...no message left.  Who does this number belong to?

calls and leaves voicemail, i will not call this voice mail for i dont know who it is. realy getting tired of all these calls. I am on the do not call list, but it seems it is not working.

Just a prank caller

Got a voicemail from this #.  Was just a garbled bunch of noises.  No voice, but went on for 30 seconds or more.

Called my wife and this number appeared on her phone ?

Calls me all the time, really driving my husband crazy. Calling the police.

called my cellphone,went to voice mail, sounds like car door slamming and people breathing...no message left as such.

Never leaves a message but stays on 30 to 60 seconds.

called left message for someone I do not know but the message was very threatening talking about if they don't hear back from the person or their attorney they will arrest them and good luck what the hell if you got a warrant just serve the warrant and stop calling people that has nothing to do with who you are looking for
