I get the call too and the man take too long to tell me where he from and what company...He said America errrr Loan and still waiting for him to finish...I typed in the phone number to search and it is from california and the name company is MCI Worldcom communications, Inc., CA and other is MCImetro, Ats, Inc., then I typed in to search this company...It is all internet, call and worldwide including outside USA...They are scammer and doing it for fun but how they get our numbers...It's scam!

they are harassing me saying i took out a  loan with them but i never did a whole other company now i have alerted my bank the authorities and my job so i wish they would even think about it they better have prooof becuase i do..... his name jack miller but ethiniticty indian

even i received a call from them, initially i thought i am being harassed but finally got a clear line without breaking of voice or call hanged up and they reminded me of a loan i forgot to pay :p anyway, i am saved now atleast my credit scores will not b affected as i am going to catch up with pending payments weekly.

yes there are scams going around all because of Asians and Nigerians, but sometimes it may happen that if we get a genuine called and we take it for scam. I dont know about these guys but few days back i got a call from unknown caller stating that my order of a bravia hd has been shipped and i will have to pay by card or on delivery if i wished, i thought its a scam and took it lightly and said i will pay upon door step and after 2 days i did get the order and i was like what am i gona do now ? i paid but then searched upon it and got that someone had tried to use my details to buy a t.v but since it was my address on social identity that the order was shipped.

People, your identity may be used for various internet frauds. Hackers and internet fraudsters use our details to take out loans and buy stuffs often.

Yes, I also got the same thing.  They said I owe them money and that they will take me to court if I don't pay, which "will result in thousands of dollars" that I'll have to pay to court.  I told them to go ahead and take me to court because I am going to the police station.  I am actually going to the police station to report them.

these people are calling me saying i owe them money. i need to resolve this or go to court. i say lets go ! they get very angry, they are calling my family, threatening them with court. when i try to trace this # it is unlisted. I just want them to stop
