I told them I am on a do not call list. He said it doesn't apply to them. I said well I don't want to talk to you. He said (from India probably) said it is out if his hands. I said well it's in my hands then and hung up.
Report these people to the attorney general in your state if they keep calling.
They are very argumentative as others have said.  

I had received a call last week from a man with an unknown number and I could tell he was from overseas.  He wanted to fix my computer because I wasn't getting updates from Microsoft.   I am smarter than that and I told him I would fix my own.

Yesterday I received a call that had called before when I was not home and when I answered it was a lady that identified herself as a tech going to help me save my computer by telling me a site to go too so she could walk me through.   I was ready for her and ask what computer?   Of course she couldn't tell me and we had a really big word fight.   I told her I knew it was a scam and she started to argue with me and I finally used a few choice words and told her I was turning her into the FBI or someone who could stop them because I was on the Do No Call List.    She kept arguing and I finally had to hang up on her.    Her phone number showed 830-316-0273.

I ALSO GOT A CALL:
The Caller says " I am Charles Parker, Calling you  from the technical department of Window associates of your comp operating system and this call is regarding your Windows computer OK.....Your computer which you are using at your residence is automatically  sending a  messages to our Global Server......."
The first call came May 9th 2014.

Just got a call from this number, again. This time I answered. A male with a heavy India accent said he just wanted to tell me he loved me?????????? WTF?! I never give out the home number, so not sure how they knew who I was. My name isn't even attached to my home phone..... CREEPY!!

got a call from this number ... didn't leave voicemail.  Called back and said the wireless customer was unavailable.

stinky indian guy is telling that there is a problem to my computer and will fix it. SCAAAAM  

This number keeps calling me every day and when I call back it says the number is invalid.
