You might want to invest in a good call blocker.  Digitone makes a pretty good one.  You check it out on Amazon.  Your e-mail program should have some way of blocking certain e-mails.

For some reason this guy seems to think he has a mark.

I've gotten a few of those kinds of e-mails.  I usually just e-mail a return saying this is a stupid scam; would fool a baby.  Things like that.  They usually stop calling.

These people somehow got my email and phone number and have been calling/emailing me claiming to be " Robert S Mueller" with the FBI. He keeps saying that I am getting a wire transfer of 8.3 million USD from the bank of Nigeria. He has asked repeatedly for my SS number and address (both billing & shipping). The phone number on a reverse lookup says he is from New York City! When will this number be removed from service? I am on the national do not call list, and I am literally being harassed by this guy. I get maybe 20-30 phone calls a day and about 10-15 emails a day. I have asked a friend who happens to be an officer what to do and he says he'll look more into it. This is obsurd

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO. TELL THYEM
TO LEAVE YOU ALONE OR YOU WILL CALL THE FBI.

Got a call from this number, the guy told me he was with the FBI. He said he was in Washington DC.
