Trying to collect on a debt 10 years old

How old is this "Minor Child"  who has had the number for 10 years?  25 ?     Did you give the phone to him/her/it  the day of birth?   When you put a phone into a child's hands,  you should know full well that you are exposing that little person to all of the bad things that is going on in this world.  Whether we like it or not,  this kind of thing is going to happen.   Teach the Minor Child not to answer certain numbers or unknown numbers.  The bad people don't care.   The burden of responsibility lays with the parent.

Let me know they called me at 7am central time, which I believe is violation to call at that hour,  I have no idea what he wants as I've owned my home for over 30 years and haven't rented in over 35 years!

My minor child received a message on his cell phone from 847-788-1536 left by a mans voice calling himself David Perez, asking that a "Slobadan Kosavach return his call at 847-788-1530 as its important that I speak with you." I called 847-788-1536 private, for the third time on 4/29/13 to have my child's number removed, when an employee from Keynote-  www.keynote-collections.com located at 220 W Campus Dr, #102, Arlington Heights, IL 60004 TOLLFREE: (877) 788-1530 - answers, I explain that I'm calling to remove a minor child's number from their system and that the call is being recorded, the Keynotes employee was crude, offensive in manner, discourteous, and lacked training and skill as he proceeds to raise his voice with attitude and tone to speak over me telling me he doesn't agree to being recorded, tells me to call back when I am not recording the call and hangs up on me. Since when do collections companies not record their calls?..... Sounds shady to me. I was shocked by Keynotes accepted employee behavior, of course this employee did not state their name when they answered my call. I call 847-788-1530 a minute later and a woman answers (who also does not state her name), I ask to speak with Andrew Cole, President or Ron Bronstein, Chief Operating Officer, I am transferred to Andrew who introduces himself as "Andy", I explain why I'm calling and I mention the poor treatment from one of his employees, Andy only asked if I knew this "Slobadan", I had to reiterate that I do not and the number they are calling has been my child's number for 10 years. You betcha Andy had nothing to say about his rude employee. I hope people receiving erroneous calls from Keynote begin to report this business to www.bbb.org or to www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/consumers/

These people refused to identify themselves or leave a message and when I called back to talk to a supervisor, they were EXTREMELY rude to me, telling me they don't have to explain themselves even though they are a BUSINESS calling a CELLPHONE unsolicited.

My worker received a call from Gary Mitchell, Keynote-Collections. Gary claimed that my worker lived on Broadway and didn't pay the last month rent. My worker has a basic English, and he asked me to help him answering the call. I'm IT supervisor, so I know how to deal with ricked people like Gary. My worker authorized me to speak to Gary as a translator and his sponsor who brought him to the US. Gary changed his voice tone when I started to talk to him and he insisted that he talks to my worker. I insisted to get his first and last name and location of his office. My worker said he didn't live in the place that Gary claimed. And he has never been in that place in his life. I believed my worker cuz I'm his sponsor and I know where he lives and moves to. Eventually, Gary changed the address and said no he lived in a different place. He was asking my worker  to pay $580. But the good thing is I record the call on my cellphone and know I'm in my way to sue Gary and his company. Voila.

Keynote Consulting Inc. They called and left a message saying it's a personal matter.

This company refused to identify themselves, and refused to detail the reason for a call. They have habitually called my elderly Father's home, because we have the same name. Very, very rude people. I am guessing they don't sleep well at night.
