I received a call today from some guy referring to phone #(855) 218-7378 claiming there were several claims against me and that if I wanted to find out more I should call that number to reach their claims office. They gave me a claim number and said they had to call me to legally inform me before I get served.
Sounds like b***s***.

They left a voicemail from an unknown # looking for William and referred to claim number 111-501. The man said his name was Patrick McCabe and directed any inquiries to call 855-218-7378. I called the number and a very rude man answered and yelled at me and hung up after telling me my address belonged to a guy named Wilbur and they were hunting him down for check fraud. I tried calling the number back and their voicemail said it was Regional Acquisition. I left a message, and then called them back and got yelled at again! What a bunch of jerks!

you just fed into their FUD. If you ever get a call from someone claiming to have papers to serve you and they want to make sure you are home you can be guaran-damn-teed that it's a fake.

Not scary. This is a scam. Think about it... if the police were coming to arrest you, would they call ahead and make an appointment? These people thrive on fear. If you show no fear, they take no victory.

HE SAID HIS NAME WAS TONY JOHNSON AND HE HAS A SUMMONS FOR ME AND NEED TO SERVE IT IN THE NEXT HOUR. HE WANTS TO MAKE SURE IF IM THERE. HE SAID IF I WANT TO FIND OUT WHAT'S THE DOCS FOR IS CALL 855-218-7378. CALLED AND FOUND OUT NOTHING BUT A SCAM!!!

Had a message from a Zoey Price indicating a personal locator would be in my area and attempt to serve me in the next two days at home or at the office and throwing around some legalize. No company name given. Public records against my name shows nada. I'm not 100% on what the hustle is but it seems to be one. Exercise caution, inform your attorney, keep the VM's in case you need them in the future.

Some man by the name of Sam Day called talking about they are coming to my address and if I am not there they will come to my job and provided some dock number. Sam said he was from data support legal services. I looked that up and found nothing.
