Alliance called my sister-in-law telling her I had been served several times and just basic threatening things. I know they are a debt collector calling on a 2 year old pay day loan. I don't dispute owing the money however I have asked them to send me something in writing over 6 months and I would be willing to make payments. To date I have received nothing. As debt collectors they are not allowed to use "scare tactics" or to share your personal information with anyone else without your approval. Also they can not serve you any papers over the phone, but be prepared they will harass you and your family and possible people at your place of employment  trying to force you to pay them an outrageous amount of money. The worst they can do is have your wages garnished. Period.
