Received a call today from Mr. James  Andrews. Said he has a claim in his office he received today from a claimant. And that he will be by to serve me papers no later than Friday December 23rd to serve me with legal paperwork. And once he hears from the claimant he will need my signature for the documents. Also if I have any questions to call the 8553636706 and ref the claim #. I have been notified and served. Wow. Crazy and how do they know its my number if I don't have a greeting just the number. I can't believe they are stooping this low. Probaly time to change my number.

They have been calling my place of employment claiming to have papers to be served today.  I've never recieved a "heads up" in my whole legal career from a process server so I already knew there was something fishy. I'm not calling them back, but I will be filing a complaint since they are violating the law and harrasing me at work.

they have been calling my cell for two days now saying they will see me tomorrow with papers! i dont like this. before they called my parents and my 80 year old grandma saying i will be arrested if she didnt give them the info they were lookng for! i just want t know how they got my cell number when my cell isnt even in my name!

Called saying he was Capt McCoy and had certified legal documents to deliver to me tomorrow and to make myself available all day. Case number and all - what a scam.

They called and told me they have my ssn and my name (which happens to be my maiden name that I havent used in 4 years) and that papers would be filed on Thursday unless they heard otherwise. I didnt even bother to call back because I figure if you dont know my legal name, Im pretty sure you dont know much else about me! Sounds like a scare tactic if you ask me.

Would like to know the name of the company who owns the above phone number. I was given the company name, but doesn't show up anywhere on the I-net!

Who called you? The company or someone saying he/she was coming to your house to give you a summons or "notification" and you would need ID?

Today 12/9/2011 - a call from a man who said he is coming with a court summons Mon 12/12 and if I had questions call the above 855 toll free number. The woman there, when I asked, told me it is a company called Check Financial Group - and that she was in Buffalo and then preceded to tell me that I owed on a small 2007 debt that has grown to over $900 due to interest. I called my Atty and was told that they are a collection agency being overly aggressive and to call him back if anyone shows up Mon, as they have not filed anything in my county or my city court. Also, no summons processor gives you a "heads up" when they're coming to serve you - too many would take off.

They called my aunts house with a lie stating I had a court appearence..i dont know who they r but I refused to give my persinal info
