The people from 855-370-6698 are scammers.  They steal CC numbers and identities.  Do not give them any information.  The FTC and FBI need to arrest and imprison them.

I agree. These people that have been calling from (855) 370-9514 are very rude and inconsiderate. They told my son the same thing about he will be summons on his job. I don't think this collection agency is registered with the BBB.
I tried calling them yesterday, but they act like they can't give you any information unless you're the direct person that they need to speak with. My son had a $200 payday loan and he paid them back $80. He was suppose to make a $92 payment, but what I don't understand is why they will not send you any form of docmentation showing what you owe or paid. I waiting to hear back from my attorney on this matter.

Received a call from 855-370-9514 threatening tha they have a summons for me to appear in court if I do not call to resolve this matter they also called everyone in my family leaving the same message when you call back they are very rude they will not give you an address and will not send you any documents proving this. I believe they are a scam for old past due payday loans. I did get an attorney to get these  harrasssing phone calls stopped
