I received 2 calls from a person that I could hardly understand. The first call informed me that a virus had infected my computer and this person, representing Microsoft, was going to help me fix it. He wanted me to be in front of my computer. (Fortunately I was not). I told him to call me back 6 PM PST. He called at 3 PM, clearly not understanding time zones in the US. Request for phone # was 855-448-7443 and company name Stallion Technologies out of Beverly Hills, Ca. Really? Beverly Hills? He had to repeat most of what he said several times. His accent was so heavy, I could hardly follow. Bunch of Bunk!

I have received two calls from these people. The call back number is 855-448-7443 for both, with a company called Stallion and the other would not give me a company name. Same scam, they want to fix my windows virus.

I got the same BS today from guy said his name is Mark Dawson, heavy Indian accent. He told me I had a virus and he works for Microsoft. I asked for his contact and same number 1-855-448-7443, when he called me his number showed as unavailable. I called back later that day and made up a name. I asked for Andy Johnson, the girl on the phone said he was busy and will call me back(she had heavy accent also). Asked her if she works for MS she said "No". I asked for the location address, she said Sugarland, Sugarland, TX. I told her I live in Sugarland.
She then said she has my email and will email me the address. I asked her what my email was. She hung up on me. The End

Its a pure scam. call is forwarded to someone in India, voice-mail sounds like Indian Mobile phone. Beware of it. She was sleeping when i called last. and its always the same girl who's on the phone.

Received call from "Austin Parker" who claimed to be from Microsoft Windows. Wanted me to " run" eventvwr and tell him what I saw. Claimed my computer was sending unwanted messages to their server.
When I asked for his number to call back and verify his identity he gave 1-855-448-7443.
Suspect scam.

hey no no no they told me i will help for 2 year if you face any problem...
| Sir Bedevere 2013-11-24 12:56:19 Unknown |
You are a liar and a fraud. Fortunately, you are also an illiterate idiot so no one's going to fall for your scam.
| GaryH 2013-11-24 12:53:52 Unknown |
You were scammed. No one is out there monitoring your computer for viruses. They probably gave you the virus, then charged you to "remove" it.
