Today they called my dads house and it wasn't even him who answered And the woman went on to say that they were coming to arrest me for some serious charges! If I can't figure out who they are or where they are how can I report them?

Same 2 days ago my 23 year old son got a call from some special investigator looking for me saying they were out on their route wanting to serve me papers my son told them he was at work they told him it was for some claim against me I was in big trouble for fraud the weird thing is they called his cell phone not home phone I have some old debts but nothing to be sued over they again called back and he hung up on them they then left this number to call about claim saying I have been notified they don't know my address or home phone that's listed ?! I was scared but I haven't done anything any insight would be peaceful

I keep getting harassing calls from other numbers to call this # about some "claim" against me. The woman who keeps calling is threatening to have me "served" yet doesn't know my address and keeps harassing me and my family.
