My call was the same as Lexi's - Andrew Nelson called and left the 855-824-4694 number to call.  I called the number back to let them know that I was not the person they were trying to reach.  They said they would remove my number and hung up on me.  I attempted to call them back but they are no longer answering their phone.

Bill Kurtz is officially notifying me that a formal complaint has been filed against me. Leaving a messages on a daily basis , however the calls are directed to a different persons name. I have no idea who this person is! This is very annoying and I would like these call to stop! Calling from a blocked phone number but they leave 8558254694 to call back.

Russell Walker called my job leaving this number and was transferred around until he reached my HR dept.  He lied at first and said he was outside and ready to serve me then said he was on his way.  THEY ARE HARD CORE COLLECTORS...they are not coming to your job...they are not serving anything.  They want you to call 855-824-4694 to discuss a debt and that is all.  The way they are going about it is illegal but I am not able to obtain their information to file a complaint!

Russell Walker called my house but the message was not for me, but for someone I know.  I started to call back since it was "the final notice" before legal action would be taken and they had been officially been notified. What's the deal?  What benefit is it?  The # to call  was 855-824-4694 and he left a case #.  And how did my phone # get connected to another name?

Someone named Russell Walker keeps calling my mother from this number saying they are looking for me to proceed with a complaint against. They have threatened to serve me at my home and my job. There are no reported cases against me where I live. My mom is elderly and my dad has Alzheimers. I want them to stop. I want to call and threaten legal action against them but I fear that might make it worse.

Received a voicemail stating someone elses name and that they have received a formal complaint against that person and gave a case # and asked to return call. Person leaving message said name was Andrew Nelson.
