After about a week of getting calls from this company, I finally called them back. The lady advised it was from a payday loan. She went on and on about how charges were being filed against me. I let her go on and then told her that it was funny that she called. When she asked why, I advised that I was holding a letter in my hand stating that this account had been paid in full as of a year ago. She then hung up. What a complete scam!!!

A woman with a Indian accent who said her name was Kelly Smith claimed to be from legal dept no company name given I told her to stop calling me I knew this number was a scam.

I just received three call in a row from this number.  They said they are investigating me for fraud and that I was in lots of trouble.  I told to stop calling my number and hung up.  They called right back.  The woman yelled at me for hanging up on her and put a man named "John" on who continued to yell at me about the "investigation" for fraud that they had.  I told them I was recording the call (I did).  He said to give him the name of my attorney.  When I said I didn't have one, he yelled "so you think you are above the law!".  Keep in mind that both these people had foreign accents.  I told them loudly to never call me again and to send the authorities to arrest me, if I've done anything wrong.  Which, of course, I haven't.  I'm not sure if it helped, but I feel better. :)

They called me and I asked when. They couldn't tell me. I said how much. They couldn't tell me. They just kept saying they want to make an example of me. I told them to bring the police then because they have no proof. They hung up.

They are scammers from India.  That's their new approach in trying to threaten people to extort money.  Apparently your manager is aware of them calling. Provide him/her with written documentation of what has been going on and your efforts to stop it.  Give a copy to your supervisor and one to the highest authority within your company.   Advise everyone who answers a phone at your place of employment what is going on.  I'm sure that they are aware that Termination without cause is illegal and opens them up to a law suit from you that they are going to lose.  Make everyone aware of the situation,  and that there is nothing that you can do about it because they are in india and are scammers,  then the balls  in their corner.  Then get on with business.

These guys are rude, and going to get me fired. Calling my work over and over and over...

Who can I contact to stop this?

i received call this morning from some guy name toni, saying hes doin an investgation  and i need to send money for some place name united cash, which i have no clue about.. who can I call to complain

I've received numerous calls from this number.I asked 2 speak with supervisor they directed me 2 Daniel. He then tries 2 tell me I have a pay day loan that I'm behind on and that a warrant for my arrest had been issued. I then asked him 2 tell me for how much the loan was for and what account he just started cursing me out and hands up the phone.

I have been getting phone calls from this number for about 2 weeks. The name is Jack Thomas. Same issues rude, asking for money for a loan I did not get. I was smart enough to close my bank account before any money could be taken from the account. If anyone figures out how to get them to stop calling please post information.

This is a complete scam!  They are calling about instant cash advance and claim they are coming to arrest you if you don't pay.  DO NOT PAY A DIME!  This will not happen.  Report this number as much as you can to get them caught.  :  )

I got the same kind of  call.   I am studying internet security and this is not a legit business who should access to our information. Whomever gave out information to a third party is also in violation. I called them and let then know the scoop. They need to have their operation shut down and they should be arrested.

they are saying i own them money about  a stupid loan and i told them when and they say a few months ago when in fact i didnt have a bank account. and they keep hanging up and if they where lawyers they wouldnt ill be reporting them

Heavy Indian accent-demanding i have my lawyer call them. Complete scam-too bad they can't be put out of business. Evidently they received my info from a third party. I will tell them I will have the police invrstigate the
source of their number.

Harassing phone calls, they will not cease even after they are informed of the FTC regulations.  Inappropriate language and back to back calls.

This company calls from 1-855-860-0161has placed several RUDE,HARASSING,INSULTING calls to our company they have been calling back to back demanding that we have someone call them,would not stop calling. This is the second time this company has harassed our place of business.

How do i stop these people from calling?

THis is a scam I have them calling me cussing at me and talking to me crazy . They keep calling my place of work none stop very unprofessional .

I received several phone calls from 855-860-0161, insulting, rude and kept calling every minute for almost an hour, stopped but now, they are calling again.

I got one too..but who ARE they??? I know I do have a couple of pay day loans out...but they said they had my bank info which they do...!!! I'm not behind on any of my payments!

These folks are JERKS, rude and refused to comply with federal laws concerning collection calls to a place of business.  Literally called back repeatedly for over an hour.

This is a scam.  They call and claim to be lawyers and tell you they won't sue if you send them money.  don't bite. its a complete scam
