this is all a scam I called the police one time and it stopped for a while they scared my daughter so bad she gave them her card number luckily her boy friend took all the money out of the account   and closed it out that's just not right don't they have kids or something they need to watch the numbers are all a SCAM

This is so ridiculous, that I had to LOL! These people called me today. I called them back, and the lady was super rude. She  said her company had 3 pending charges on me, but I refused to confirm my social security number, so she yelled and told me to have a great day in court. Ok, suga I sure will... I look forward to it!  GTFOH

I have goten thouse calls to ....a couple.of months ago ...never recived anything and no one ever came ...and know they are starting again...

OMG!!! Some lady named Lisa Collins has called my home phone NUMEROUS times and has left a message for a Catrina Hooten ( I have no idea who that is) Basically threatning her saying that she will be by her place of employment or her home and at the end she says " consider yourself officially notified" it is ridiculous!!!

Received nasty message from Brian Flynn yesterday with an unknown caller id and told to call this number to settle claim or he would show up at work or my place of employment to serve me with papers on Monday unless I called this number.  Received another today Called 2 times got voice mail. Called twice and was treated rudely and hung up on. Final time I called I got someone by the name of Dominic Sorrenson. Told me first of all I wasn't me. Then I had three claims against me. One for a bad check, one for not paying a loan and something else that was stupid.   I told I never received any paperwork from this particular  company to dispute this debt. Was told it was mailed out 4 months ago and it was probably lost in the mail.  Really. That is what you are going with. Lost in mail. I asked to send me a certified copy he said he would but I would be served before it got there.

They told me the same thing just yesterday!! And told me if I didn't pay I was commuting fraud and come to my house and workplace and summon me to court!! I have till Friday to pay them 500 dollars!! Is this a scam or did they actually come to ur home!! Anyone know??

Yeah, its called a Payday collection loan scam, the will call from differnet companies, numbers and claim to be legit, when in fact, they are sitting at home spam dialing numbers reading the same script over and over. My mom got a call, friends at work and others on same day as me from the same guy but from differnet companies each time. If you kept the message, listen to the scripted sound of it. Also check with the the links above and file with attorney general.

I received a call for teh past two days from an Amanda Rivera calling for someone else. Not even me. Stating that she has a service date of 4/18/2014 and will be showing up at my place of employment and my residence. She states that I have 1 day to get ahold of the litigation firm or she will show up. International Contract Enforcement Group. I let them go to voicemail both times and saved the voicemails. She left a case number and everything.

Maybe im wrong but I dont think that they are allowed to divulge this information over a voicemail without knowing whos the voicemail belongs too. I have had my phone for over 10 years. They called me, my mother, my brother & my sister asking for the same person. None of these phones have ever belonged to the person they are trying to reach.

So, it's Tuesday and the day is over and nothing happened. No one came to serve me papers at my home or work. Huge scam. Do not answer any 855 phone numbers or others you don't know. Someone needs to stop these people.

You can not be arrested for owing a debt. Debt is a civil matter, not criminal.  And this is extortion scam. File reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,CFB,FTC & FCC..

I just got the same exact phone call and today is Friday and they said they were serving me on Tuesday. I asked for an address and they gave me a P. O. Box. They said I owed $860.00 and had 2 charges against me.

I got a call today, and the guy was super rude! When I told him not to be so rude, he told me that he was paid to be rude! He gave me this number and I talk to this lady. And she said I owed cash net. She said I had 3 charges on me. I still don't know what the hell she is talking about. But said I will be served papers tomorrow and I might want to get a lawyer! Bring it on.....LOL

Aaron McKenzie called me as well...and he was very rude..and he called my sister getting smart with her. She ended up cursing him out.  I asked him for their physical address..he gave me a PO Box and said they are in Albany, NY. When I asked for the name of the company that is suing me, he gave me a name, but couldn't provide a phone number or the amount that I supposedly borrowed.

Got a call also to call this 855-876-3779 and a case number that it was inportant to call today or they would come to mi house the following day...i asked what was it about at they she said she could talk about it

A lady by the name of Courtney called and stated that the same thing as everyone else.  Threats of coming to my job and home.  Told me  I was summoned to be in court by Tuesday.  Nevermind that they called on a Friday. Never in my life have I heard of being summoned and being in court all in 2 days.  I called the number, which is a blocked number,  spoke with a Caitlyn who sounded exactly like Courtney.  Such a "crock."  She asked for social and I explained to her she will need to provide me information as to where she was calling from, what is this was in regards to and who was this on behalf of.  She IMMEDIATELY hung up.   SCAMMMMMMMMMM

Or perhaps you might NOT be a shill working with criminal fake debt collectors... but I wouldn't bet on that one.

OR alternatively, you could NOT be a scumbag with an exorbitant amount of debt and you wouldn't have to worry about it.

This rude man called me saying his name is Aaron McKenzie from INTERNATIONAL CONTRACT ENFORCEMENT GROUP BUT when I asked for their web address he stated they didn't have one and I owed 700.00 but couldn't give me any information on the company who was suppose to be suing me, and I told them I was going to file a police report...then all of a sudden their so called lawyers are going to drop the legation....SCAM
