It's Rand PAC, a political action committee. I've gotten at least two calls a day from them for months, even though I've never answered or returned one. So it's gotta be a robot.

I receive calls from this number more than twice a day. There never is a msg. I would like them to stop calling me.
The only name that shows is, "Independence, Kentucky"
