Same story as others. Two different people, a woman with a shaky voice and a man with very thick accent. Both had my name.... Dialed the #, and received no ring tone and an" all circuits are busy" recording.  nVery suspicious.

Continue calling and never leave a message.  I called back and always goes to a recording saying the office is closed and to call back between 8 and 4 pacific time...and it is between that time.  Isn't there a way to legally stop them from calling?

They have called Monday and Tuesday around noon . I didn't answer and they left no message . I do drive a Kia  from the website I'm sure it has something to do with that .

Received a call a few minutes ago from 864-345-6134, listed as Spartanburg,  Guy with a heavy Indian accent could barely pronounce my name and said he was from a vehicle (garbled) department.  He told me the make and year of my car and asked me the mileage.  I told him that I didn't know.  He said where is the car.  I said outside.  He said to go out and check the mileage for him.  I said no and he asked why.  My answer was that I didn't want to.  I told him that I didn't want whatever he was selling and hung up on him.  

They called again. This IS a scam to sell bogus auto warranties. Reported to FCC. Be careful..

Received a call two days in a row from 864-345-6134. No voice mail was left. When I called the number at 5:45 p.m. Eastern time, it didn't identify what company it was.  Just said they were closed and to call during normal business hours 7 a.m.-5 p.m. PST Monday-Friday. Should've been open when I called.

Not sure that this is a true scam. They are trying to sell after market warranties to people that have a factory warranty that is expiring on their vehicle. I also get mailings. I would never purchase anything from a cold call like this though.

harassing... when i informed the man i did not want solicitation has been requested not to call time and again he became abusive I called the number back to get a recording of hours available ...  My number is on a do not call list

Same story as everyone else. Vehicle replacement company. I kept insisting I was not interested until finally the caller hung up on me. Definitely crap.

Told me my premium for 5 months on a full coverage policy was $3600.

When they don't state their business name, it's shady!  And pacific time for a business in South Carolina?  Naw....nothing but trouble it seems!

Just got this call, tried to call back and got a recording of the office hours.  Now, I live in the 864 area code, why give hours 7 am to 4 pm and not answer @12:15 pm?  The woman on the recording speaks clearly but no voicemail was left.  I normally don't answer numbers I don't know, but I was hoping to have them take me off their list.

have been called twice by this number. same story as everyone else....called them back and they dont state the name of the company, they just say they are closed even though it is still during their "business hours" in pacific time. if anyone finds out any more information on these people please post so i can do something about this.

Called my cell, 3/20/14.  Woman with a strong accent I couldn't understand anything she said. I hung up.

Received a call from this number on my cell.  No vm,and when I called back, I heard the same message...currently closed, hours of operation 7a etc, great.....

This is the second time I have gotten the call to my cell. Woman with strong accent first time I hung up called it back said they were closed. Got a call today and it was a man with alot of chatter in background. I hung up on him as well. I called right back and it sai the were closed again.

Received a call from 864-345-6134 around 11:40 AM. When I called back a recording picked up & said the office was closed but to call back Mon-Fri 7:00AM-4:00 PM. How the heck they get my #? Stupid, get a life.

I got 2 missed calls on my phone number, with no voicmails left - I called back at 2:00pm EST and said office was closed but it was during their times they said they would be open

Same thing happened to my, received a call to my cell phone twice this week from this 864-number. First they said I had a Hyundai and I said, no I don't have a Hyunday. I already suspected this was a scam. I got another phone call from the same number to my cell today and this time they knew my car model and year and I said "This is the second you are calling me this week, delete number, I don't need your services, thank you." and hung up. Clearly a scam: strong accent, lots of background noise!

Young lady fumbled my name and corrected. Can I speak to...
I responded by saying "Who is this?"
She hung up.

My story is the same as others here. "Vehicle Processing Department", very thick accent, background chatter. Called my cell while I was at work. Clearly illegitimate.

Received a call from this number on Wednesday and the caller had such a heavy accent and so much background chatter that it was hard to understand him...the gist of the call was about my car.  He was asking questions to which I answered, "I don't feel comfortable discussing this with you."  I hung up.  Today, this same number appeared and when I called back the message was our office is closed, please call back between (the hours) Pacific time...why would an 864 area code have Pacific time??  Didn't identify the company name with that message.  Big RED flag.

Forgot to add - I *67'd and called the number. Answering message said the office was currently closed and was open 7am - 5pm Pacific time. I called approx 1.30 eastern. Don't think a company in Spartanburg, SC, would give their opening hours as Pacific time!

Got a call from this number (Spartanburg, SC) on my landline. Woman with strong accent said something about vehicle processing dept about my kia (and she knew the model and year), what was my mileage? Something about a warranty. I asked if she was kia, she said she got my number from them. I tried to get more info who she represented, but she was not straightforward. I told her I could not understand her because of her accent, and she said thank you and hung up.
