These people are relentless . The female keeps asking for " Victor " and then hangs up . What is the point of this ?

this keeps ringing my line daily up to ten times a day. I am elderly and this is very annoying especially when I answer there is nobody on the other end.

The person calling thanked me for being a VISA customer and wanted to give me $250 in whatever. I cut her off and asked how is she connected with my VISA company and she said "We're a partner with your VISA issuer."  Then when I asked the name of the VISA company, she hung up.

I teach a course on identity theft so I know prevention/protection steps to take.  I did call my credit union and reported this company said they were a "partner."  My credit union confirmed they NEVER partner with companies who are permitted to contact their members.

They have been calling my home about 20 times a day. I usually don't answer but of course I did today. I got the same crap about visa. Said no thank you I am not interested and the rude girl said "your not interested in free gas. I said no and hung up. Now they are calling and not saying anything. How can you make these people stop.

USE SETTINGS TO BLOCK SITE. REPORT AS QUESTIONABLE SITE. IF U DON'T BELIEVE GO TO YOUR TEMP. SETTINGS AND SEE HOW MUCH MORE IS ON THERE LIKE TRIBAL FUSION ETC.  BLOCK THEM ALL IF THEY LOOK LIKE ADWARE. RUN SECURITY PROGRAM.  DON'T USE ANY FREE LOOK-UP SITES. HOPEFULLY THIS WON'T BE BLOCKED.

this number keeps calling me on my cell phone and i dont have unlimited min.

This number calls me relentlessly and when I answer, it hangs up.  The few times, I have informed the people I am on the Do Not Call Registry and to take my number off.  However, this number continues to call.  It's for a preapproved credit card, which I don't want.

I receive a few calls from this number every day. When I answer no one is there and it just hangs up.

I am getting these call daily also. It is very annoying because i am trying to run a business and they interupt me daily.

How they got my cell? I have no clue. I HATE this number

My wife has been getting these calls on her cell for several months, and only once did someone ever speak to her, where she determined it was about an old visa card.
Finally last Monday I was with her when one of the calls came, and unbelievably I did speak with someone.  All she would say is that it is in reference to Visa ending with ####.  When I asked for her to identify her company and address, she hung up.  I suspect it is a collection company, and I am contacting my state attorney general within the week.
PS  When you call the number back, it is always busy.

Get the same call at least 10 times a day and all I get is dead air. What can I do to stop this

Someone please make them stop!!!  I cannot take these dead calls anymore!!!

I keep getting these calls all day long.  They never leave a message and I get a busy signal when I call.

1 866-337-1290 called.  I listened to the spiel.  They gave two numbers of companies that they are marketing for.  I called one of those companies and they told me who the marketer was.  The name they use is Platinum marketing.  I have more work to do to get the address.  Platinum's phone number for contract cancellations is 866 203 0528.  The Virginia Attorney General's office didn't give much hope of stopping them from calling everyone.  One of the companies that they are marketing for is Consumers Direct Association CDA (888 286 8251).  I called them and told them that I was unhappy with the marketer.  Go online to the "do not call registry" complaint form https://www.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
