I got a call at 9:26 pm, I didn't think commercial calls could be made after 9 pm.

This company is a surveying company, in my case, hired by my former college, conducting a survey regarding success rates of alumni.

They call me once a day since September. Leave no message. Make them go away!!!

I actually just talked to this number and it said it was a research company for Colleges I assume in Ontario. Has everyone here either been to college or have someone in the household that went to college? That would maybe be why they are calling. They said they phone everyone who graduates 6-8 months ago to see how they liked there College experience. Hope that helped and that I didnt complete the survey for someone unknown.

I put this number on auto-reject and since I don't have my Voice Mail properly set up they end up leaving a message usually huffing into the phone or saying "Hello" a couple times.  I've already put my name on their list for "do not call" and they are STILL calling.

i haven't answered calls from this number,,,my husband did and there was no one there.  they have called me at least 20 times in the last week,,,sometimes within 5 minutes of each other.

I just answered and it was a survey company for the college I graduated from on how satisfied I was for the program I took.  I knew that they would eventually be calling when I was nearing the end of my program.

I have already put this number in my blocked number list yet, somehow, the  EFF'in SOB's still manage to ring through?  My next call is to Rogers to complain about their call blocking service.
I called the number back and only get a recording saying they do surveys for a number of clients. #3 got me through to an answer machine which I left a message to never call again.  Freakin A-HOLES!!!

This number 8664698365 calls at least 10 times a day, I have blocked call, but still rings, once at all hours, stops after 11 pm.  

Before I blocked, answered phone, and no one there.

my husband's cell phone has been ringing every day from this same dumb number. I answered his phone today and told the guy (before he said anything) to stop calling. He said "Uuhhh... can I talk to Jeffrey?" so I answered with: "No, but you can stop calling this number, thank you!". I called back and left a "very nice" message telling them to stop calling us. So ridiculous.

I was never signed up for their services, therefore, never requested a change.  Strange....

Hey, I work for that company and all surveys are legitimate, I know how annoying the calls may be but forum research is a company hired by many other companies to complete surveys on  their behalf to find out market research info to better understand how consumers feel about various types of services they may use. If you would like to be on there do not call list you call call their number and tell them or you can go on  their website access-research.com and enter your number. Thank you this number called me at the beginner of the year and I did the stop call and it stopped for awhile,but has started again.  I did stop call again both websites and it stopped again but for how long.

I've been getting a call every thirty minutes now.  Since the AM till now and it's 9 PM.

I would appreciate it if you would stop calling my number. I am living with someone who is very ill and the phone disturbs him when it rings. PLEASE STOP!!!

Was calling me at least 10 times a day for at least a month, never leaves a message. Answered the call with an air horn yesterday morning. The calls have stopped. :p

I always get calls from this number but I never answer, and calls at weird times like 8pm on a sunday night or 7am on a weekday morning.

Im sick of this number calling me multiple times a day 7 days a week at all hours.  Ive picked up the phone and told them to stop calling yet they keep it up.  Ive sent an email to what I think is one of their clients demanding they stop toronto@forumresearch.com  maybe if I start faxing their office non stop and clog their fax machine they will get the hint.  sick of these bastards.  You block them and they call from a different number...so annoying.

The only way I guess -if it's a serious company- is to politely tell them to take your number off the list..

These guys have 2 websites "Foundation Research Group" and "Forum Research". According to the CRTC Do Not Call List because they are a "research" company they can call you whenever they like!

According to their "Forum Research" website they also do work for the provincial & federal government.
Wonder if the government gets a break on their bill by allowing these "researchers" to annoy & harass their citizens. Someone suggested calling the better business bureau. What good would that do? I don't think their customers care if WE are bothered. Please just call their President Chris Bandak 1-866-469-8365 when the recording comes on dial *02265. If you don't want them to know your name set up a Skype account under a different name. I did and I'm  old and pissed off. Also don't give out any personal info here. chichi is a college grad that doesn't have the balls not to answer a survey? if cj and chris can read they know the crtc dnc list doesn't apply to these dopes. the moody one is leaving messages on an answering machine? why doesn't he call the pres of this company? these guys are the research company trying to make us feel helpless. they are trying to redirect our anger. *#&^ them! call and email the pres and his staff tell them to stop calling. if they don't stop calling email all of the consumer advocates listed. give us some more! hannah on youtube has gotten hundreds of hits in a couple of weeks. lots of people are checking the web looking for solutions to this problem. if those people also emailed goldhawk etc we could see this in the news. looks like your calling and emailing is getting a reaction. we are now provided with a new fax and 800 number? they don't want to be bothered by your calls and emails. they now have an automated message asking if you're 18? i don't know if that's true...they don't call me anymore. why don't they have an automated message asking if we want them calling us? if we want to take a survey? give us your home phone number and we'll tell you.
