My friend received this call about a old loan. Claiming we need to pay a lot of money or go to court. They even lower the amounts "3" times to try to win. The bottom line is these c***suckers are trying to steal money from anybody they can. IT A FRAUND.

I got a call from a Richard Riley..aka assistant general manager according to him, claiming papers were being filed to bring me to court if I didnt pay this credit card that he listed at 3 times the amount owed that day. Funny thing was, I had already made payment arrangment with a different company and it was almost paid off. When I told him that....he got really flustered and said he'ld have to call me back and hung up. That was 3 months ago, I still haven't heard back.
