Recieving this call 15 times a day. When we call back no answer....

I get calls from the same number.  But no one answers when I call.  What is that all about?

It's from NCO Financial systems. They're a collection agency. One of the worst, if not THE worst, ones out there.

I have had the same annoying phone calls from a Gwen Carter.  I tracked her office down at (800) 220-2274.  If it is after hours, use their last name search to find her extension.  I'm sure she would love to address this directly with you.
