Saw your post and found this complaint on another website - So JUST rented a house from this Tej Danjou and he offered to pay for 4 hours of cleaning so I pay out of my pocket and so far 3 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my $300 bucks. **sigh** I wish I would have found this site before I rented the house :( . This is not the only thing going on either - I could go on... The manager at Sutton says he cannot do anything as Tej only rents an office there. Its a shame that Proact is giving a bad name to Sutton. After two weeks of calls from Red Johnson wanting to serve papers on a person that I have never heard of, I finally got to talk to a person.  I had called before and had to leave messages because they claimed they were too busy to take my call.  I had told them not to call my number again or I would turn them in to the attorney general.  The woman I talked to today claimed she was removing my number.  I told her that if I got any more calls, I would contact the attorney general.  Her comment was "do what you have to do".  I told her I certainly would.

I don't believe they are anything more than a scam.  I don't believe anyone calls and tells someone that they are coming to serve papers on them.  Isn't it supposed to be a surprise so they won't skip out?

I don't really care what they do because I am not that person they are calling for, but I don't want them to continually call my phone.

I KEEP RECEIVING HARASSING PRE-RECORDED CALLS FROM 866-671-4866  THREATENING ME WITH  IMMINENT ARREST WARRANTS AT MY PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT FOR FRAUD.

I HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF SUCH OFFENSE AND CALLED THE NUMBER BACK TO SPEAK WITH A HUMAN BEING.  

THE MAN WHO ANSWERED DEMANDED I CONFIRM MY SSN WITH HIM (PERFECT STRANGER OF UNKNOWN COMPANY) OVER THE PHONE.   I SIMPLY REFUSE TO DEAL WITH IDIOTS AND HUNG UP THE PHONE.

I AM CONTACTING THE ATTORNEY GENERAL' S OFFICE IN MY STATE FOR INSTRUCTIONS TO DEAL WITH THIS NONSENSE.

They are collecting a debt...which by the way IS NEVER CRIMINAL for a payday loan.  I put this in my bk...goodluck in getting the fax number.  These people will say and do anything to get the money.  Dont fall for it.

This collects on OLD payday loans. You get a call from an automated message saying they want to serve you papers and if you have any questions call them at this number. They never return phone calls but continue to have their automated s*** keep calling you. I haven't had a payday loan since 2003 which was paid and they have just started calling me. Whatever you do dont pay until you get all the right info from them
