I received short one word message. Called back and phone jumped to relay. An H & R Block Survey started but I have never used. I would suggest calling and seeing if anyone has filed stealing your name to H & R Block at their national phone. I will as soon as I type this in.

I checked with Customer Service at H&R Block. They were not aware of any telephone satisfaction survey; they do it randomly by E-mail. They said they had reports of other tax prep companies contacting recent customers to get info on how H&R had treated them. The H&R website has a link where you can report stuff like this, or call your State Attorney General's office.

It would be nice if people actually read the comments here. Saying "STOP CALLING ME!" is not going to get anyone to actually stop calling you. This website is not a service of the company calling you. Call H&R Block if you have an issue with it, or get over yourself and realize that it's not that big of a deal to get a phone call and get hung up on. You do have the choice not to answer it.

Just got a call from this number, no message spoken into answering machine. Just did my taxes so if it is H&R Block wanting to know if I was satified, my answer is yes, now leave me alone.
