They called asking for money on a loan we never recieved so i looked into it to find it a scam

i am getting several phone calls a day and i am sick and tired of these phony people.

A phony debt collector identifies himself as Officer Justin Brown.  The same name several other people have reported.  However, he refuses to provide a street address, always stops at 348 and I can't understand the physical street name due to his thick Nigerian accent, many describe it as a middle eastern or eastern Indian accent.  I'm guessing Nigerian.  Upon asking him to kindly spell the street name, he gets hostile and threatening.  He does say he is calling from California, yet always stops short of giving me a city.  The number he calls from is 909-451-0941.  If you call this number back you get an automated message that all callers are busy on another call, and asked to please leave a message.  I believe it is doubtful that this is the actual number they are calling from.  This person identifying himself as Justin Brown calls repetitively throughout the work day, at a business number and is totally non-compliant with regard to Federal Debt Collection regulations.  I too believe this is a scam operation, buying their data from unscrupulous pay day loan companies.  Buyer beware if you choose to deal with any PayDay Loan Companies.  I called our local police department, will get a police report number, with this information I will call my phone provider and block their calls.  Perhaps they have multiple numbers that they are calling from, so I'm hoping this works

I have been receiving calls from them as well....it is a scam.   Just tell the you have reported them and they will hang up.  They harrassed me so much....I started harrassing them back.

I agree this is a scam and I call a fraud attorney online. He told me to keep all numbers and message left by these person and take them to law enforcement and let them take care of it. THis is stupid. If someone is not answering the phone why do they keep calling.

I received the same call on my cell phone and at my job. Threatening to talk me to court and that law enforcement will be coming to arrest me if I do not reply at once. I have not answered the calls and they keep calling. He has use different numbers and names. I want this to stop. I did report this to the SC Attorney General's office. I have had enough.

I just received a phone call from this #, he had an indian accent he said his name is Justin Brown (american name) but a pakistan voice? Something wrong with this picture?? Clearly can say this is totally a scam, I hope one day the FBI stops these idiots!! Be careful, don't give them any info or money. IT'S A SCAM!!!!

indian accent says he from some attorneys department his name is Justin Brown clearly not a Indian name and that if I do not return his call  or my attorney then he will be forced to take action and good luck with my life. Clearly a scam

THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.
