We have been receiving calls from 876 numbers for some time.  All wanting to deliver car or money to us if we get a money order and send to them before they can deliver.  Same voice and accent using different names. Using different organizations, Publishers Clearing House, Mega Millions, Public Defenders Human Rights for Justice, etc. or Private Caller.  The Public Defenders call was shown as 876-548-4358 on our ID and he claimed he was calling from Florida 305-848-0800.
Numbers also used recently:  876-370-2812, 876-864-4247 and 876-389-4667.  
This SCAM has even been publicized in an article in our local paper.  BEWARE - don't waste your time or your money!!!
