A telemarketer called one of my clients with the message: "This is David Myers and I am calling to find out what is going on down there, please call me back." He did not provide any identification. I recommended my client not return the call. The 876 exchange is located in Jamaica. If you receive a call from this area code, you may almost always assume it is a scam. Do not return their calls. You can learn more at the following website I found at www.bewareof876.com. You may also incur high long distance charges if you choose to ignore this warning. I've been getting repeated calls from 876-886-4927 and 876-886 4927 from MegaWinner Lottery Corp telling me I won a million dollars and a new car and wanted my address and bank account number. I reported them to FTC. Said he was Mr. Freeman.

They keep calling me...i have my phones on do not call list. They almost cost me 21.00 i long distance charges with them being from Jamaica.

Just got this call on my cell phone and said it was from Publishers Clearing House. I hung up on him.

I've been thinking a lot about the difference between digression and transgression. They look happy together, but as someone who once was screen for projections I have no tangible connection to, I see a bitterness too.
I don't envy you for that. I don't envy anyone who has to contend with digression, and if I follow the links you provided me with it will be to remember why.

The same thing happened to me saturday. They said if i paid them 150.00 and put it on a greendot sratch off...give them that number and someone will bring my prize. Thy actually has the nerve to call me back today, monday and want more money!

They called my house stating they were from publishers clearing house and that I won $500,000 and a Mercedes Benz.. They gave me a confirmation number and another 1-800 number saying to call it immediately.. Well I googled both numbers and of course scam.. And then I called publishers clearing house and they stated they would never call you telling you of a prize.. They just show up to your door and surprise you.
