Called when I was out. Didn't leave any message. Called over and over again at same time of day. Are they trying to see when no one is home so they can break into my house?????

The guy said he was james laker and they had a case# against me and to call back.

These people called my EX and gave a fake name and fake court case #.  When I said who I was and the #, they said they had to reassign me a #.  It was just to get you to call.  I didn't even have a bill they were looking for.  They used round about questions to get me to say what I owed like "Do you know which credit card I am calling about?"  When I said no, they said "Think...you had it a few years ago"  Trying to get me to say what I had outstanding.

Who are these people?

I am a 46 yr old mom, dealing with Multiple Sclerosis and being called with threatening messages for my husband.  They say that they have court papers to serve to him and his court case will be in about 10 days and he has had it for a couple days, so he needs to speak and set up a meeting place to serve him.  My husband is unfortunately out of town and this company is intimidating. Is this even legal?

These people have called my family and employer telling them that I am going to be served. I have told them that if they are going to serve me will surely have valid information on file. I called and they all have generic names like Sean Smith, Mr. Miller, etc...

This guy named John Miller called me and he was green.  He said he had a case against me but couldn't come up with where I worked.  Silly credit chasers.
