Verizon Contractor spamming.  Trying to force you to renew now at a ridiculous cost.

Repeated calls...up to 10 a week.  No one there when I answer.  Lately, I don't answer...just let them get the machine.

Same thing, they just keep on calling. They left a recorded message once, other then that they hang up when you answer. The thing is, I dont even have an account with them! When will they get it, I pay my phone bill so "I" can use it!

I'm sick of these peeps calling.  I'm on the do not disturb list and they are getting around it some how.  Enough is enough, if we want your service, we'll let you know

They call again and again and again. I e-mailed them and asked to put me on "do not call list", and I did not renew contract with them in December 2009. They did not get it. I did not pick up anymore.

Daily calls from this number, then followed by another call with just zeros 000-000-0000.  The few times that I answered the phone, there is no reponse from them.

Have received at least 5 calls from this number for the week of 4/11/10 to today again.  Number hangs up leaves no message.  Tried calling back, but Verizon has a recording that says you cannot call this number back.

Ma just received call from "Verizon" from this number.  I did a *69 and found this link.  Ma had no idea what they were talking about, i.e., ma's cell phone whereby the contract is to expire. I handled the call.  The woman tech insisted my mother had 2 cells phones, my mother's land line telephone number allegedly was the contact phone number on both contracts.  Ma never had a cell phone with Verizon.  Ma never had a cell phone.  Ma is 86 years old. The female tech gave an address, not ma's, gave a version of ma's name, not ma's name.  AND, female tech wanted last 4 digits of ma's Social Security Number.  I wouldn't give it.  I asked her to give me the 4 numbers she had on record, and she would not.  This person who called was insistent.  We didn't appreciate this phone call that occurred just around 5 p.m.

I called back after getting calls daily.  They purport to be Verizon, looking for my spouse (they had her name.

I keep pushing the # button about every 30 seconds while talking with the rep, and every time I pushed it, I would ask "hello"?.  After the 5th or 6th time I told the rep "I am sorry for the incessant beeping tone, but the FCC investigator told me it would do that, after I called and reported it receiving so many calls from this number"  

He hung up.

It was fun!!!

I received several calls from this number with no message left.  Then the last 2 times they called, I picked up and said hello and they hung up!

They keep calling and when answering machine picks up they hang up.

On my Comcast phone system, one can block this call by using "Call Screening".  Just press *60 and follow the instructions.

If they show their number to your caller ID, they can call you legally as I understand it.

Asked for my name and I pretended I wasn't home and they said they would call back another time

This call came in around 6:30PM Eastern. No idea who was calling...

Number calls and leaves no message. I am on the "do not call" list for cell phones, so how do these companies get through?
