Since april of this yr i been goin to jail that's what they keep saying anyway they stole my account info so how did i commit fraud lol and the lady that called my ex said ii used him for a reference haha come on noway

Beware . . . this company is stealing information on your friends list in Facebook and calling them!

they keep calling my cousins claiming to be a process server agent who will send the sheriff to my residence and employer to arrest me if i do not cooperate. Every time i call them, they tell me they never called my cousin and his wife even though on their caller ID. I am in law enforcement and do not have an legal cases pending against me. they are ambulance chassers looking through credit reports.

It's time to file a class action in NY state and PA.  They lie through their teeth.  I am working with a lawyer to try and find out information on them, they have no "listed" address, when you ask them for information they get flustered and pissy - they are bottom feeding rats.

It's time to strike back.  I am going to contact a law firm I know of that deals with this sort of stuff.  They contact you after you send them cease and desist, they fed ex stuff from retail locations instead of from their offices (if they have one)- they are first class frauds.
They are finished.

I am really getting pissed.  I am trying to figure out where the F@$K these jerks are located.  I have a paralegal working to figure out if they have a physical location.  I filed a complaint with the atty general in Buffalo, NY and with the Atty General in PA cause I can't freakin figure out where on earth they are located!!  ARGH!!!!!

FYi.  that address in Erie is being used in a suit against them by the owner of the UPS store.  The box has been closed- per an employee at that store who I spoke to on the phone.  She wouldn't go into detail about the issue per her manager- but she did confirm that they (UPS) shut the box down.

they have been harrassing me and my ex-husband for months.  Make them stop.

The company called my parents this morning, telling my mom they needed to get a hold of me concerning stolen identity and they had a file on me with my SS#.  When I called them back the man answering the phone had no idea who I was asking to speak to.  I gave him the file # told to my mom, was put on hold for a while then told it was for a bank I've never had dealings with.  $159.42 is what he claimed I owed from 2006.  I asked him for information he couldn't give me but he did know the last 4 digits of my SS#.  He had the wrong address  but right house number.  After being put on hold again, he got back online and told me he had no idea why any of his associates would call me over an amount that small and to disregard it.  I could hear talking in the background, then he told me I may get a letter in the mail that I'd be getting sued and taken to court but he didn't really think it was worth it, so if it was him, he wouldn't worry about it, but would I still like to take care of it?  WTF!  I had a call similar to this one last July, was on the phone with them for a long time.  I got tossed around from one associate to another because I wanted an account # and information they couldnt supply.  They actually yelled at me that I was taking up too much of their time asking questions and they should just go ahead and file the legal documents.  I remember at the time they asked if I had a visa handy to take care of the matter.  Thank God for this site to let others know they're a scam.

I too continue to get these calls looking for my ex mother in law.  I have asked them 3 times to remove my name and number from their list, I don't even know where the woman lives.  They continue to call.  I am waiting on a call back from them as I type this.  I am going to inform them that I intend to file harassment charges against them if they call my home one more time.

I believe this outfit runs it's operations from Canada. I would suggest you contact the Canadian police in the Toronto area for more info and to file a compliant.

I believe they do a mail across the border to pickup mail ans cash from their PO boxes in the US.

you cannot be arrested for failure to pay a debt. that is a false threat and is against the law to do so. a debt is a civil matter, not ever criminal.  you also have the right to receive written verification of the debt when asked,.(not email, but regular mail).

this is a total scam company, not authorized to do business in any state.  do not pay them.  any legitimate company must give you their mailing address, and must send you written verification of the debt upon request.  again , DO NOT PAY THEM -THEY ARE AN ILLEGALLY RUN DEBT SWEAT SHOP that has no rights to your debt.  file a complaint with the FTC and your attorney general. several states have initiated investigations of them and are tracing all calls.

OK so I called these people back on 2/7/2011 like I told them I would. I also contacted BBB of Louisiana and was told to pull my credit report because it would have to show in collections on credit report before they can file a summons. The debt they are saying I owe was not on report. BBB also told me if they are requesting pre-paid visa or any type credit card for payment that it was a scam. The man I spoke to at 1-877-263-2779 informed me I was being VERY RUDE and not acting like a HUMAN BEING because every time he was trying to explain how they operate I told him to send me verification of what I owed and exactly when this loan was done. He finally just hung on me when I told him I was headed up to the BBB office and I would have someone there call him back. I have to admit even though I know it is not a ligit company I am still worried about being sued. Because the threats he kept throwing were very real. I have no problem paying the debt if I owe it I just want proof of it in writing.

This lady called my parents house and left a threatening message on their machine. My mother freaked out so I called the number back on Feb 4, 2011. Of course she is telling me I owe and I have to get a pre paid visa or I will be summoned and sued and possibly do jail time. I was so upset til I decided to google the phone number and found this site. I am suppose to call her back on Monday but I will call the BBB for Louisiana first.

These people have called my boyfriends mother and also my mother. I have no idea what they are talking about! If I did something wrong I am sure I would know. They just need to leave me my mom and my other friends and family members alone!!!!!

can this people really do what they claim they would do? like take you to court, sue you, investigate your income, take your bank money. and put you to jail?

this number also called me. and told me that hes going to send me court paper that i need to get a lawyer. i told the guy to send me the document stating i owe this...and if its correct then i will pay..but he then said that he cant do that..if i dont pay now..then he's going to assume that i agree to go court..then he said his going to call my work place and do some investigation.. cash central is the company he mention.and that i owe them money since 2005-2006...

The UPS store is suing them for opening a PO BOX UNDER FALSE Pretense.  I spoke to an employee there and they have filed suit against them via the BBB of PA.

I emailed them a cease and desist, after I couldn't find a damn address for them, I got a return message of undeliverable.  These f-in B*****ds!  COWARDS..GO BACK TO THE HOLE YOU CRAWLED OUT OF!

I've already filed a complaint against them with the FTC and the BBB of Pittsburgh.  They are not a legit company.  They operate in the shadows - illegally.  They operate out of a PO box in Erie PA...if you try and mail something to a physical address, it will be returned undeliverable.  They are a sham.  I've hired counsel.  I'm not messing around anymore.  I will out them for who and what they truly are.

These sleazebags are gonna find themselves in court.  they always violate FDCPA laws...at least 7 per call.
