i called wondering why i was calling as it put me through without my intention. and i said what the heck. (i was trying to be the winner of a contest wgn tv) what is the code grrr. then hung. this guy calls me back three times and leaves a message saying it's illegal to prank call ill call the police. even though i had no clue he was from wgn until i heard the message. technically aaccording to wisconsin law. prank calls are illegal and are calls were the person calling pretends to be someone they're not as a trick. technically everybody that calls the wgn number is a prank caller. it's not like you just tell them your name. and really he's the prank caller as his number was listed but the name was restricted and in his message he never actually said who he was or what company he was with so maybe ill turn the counter on WGN America.
