I received 2 calls this morning from 1-866-750-9107 Fraud Detection. I called it gave them the 6 digit code they told me to punch in, then they ask for your zip code. I was then told due to high call volume, to call back.
I did see a charge of $30.00 from a TSP219 on my bank statement. I have no idea what the hell it was, but
best thing to do is report it to you bank and they will issue a new card.

Okay this is  my second time receiving a call like this.  The first time it appeared to be valid.  But this time it was for the old card that i called my bank and changed.  They said  maybe someone got a hold of the old card and tried to make a charge and to call my bank in the morning for a new card.  But that was an old card - which i changed.  Strange.  They say call your bank and say you've been contacted by the fraud alert department.  When i did that last time i just had my bank issue me a new card.  How do we know if this is fake?

Got an automated call at work saying they were my bank and did I charge
A HUGE AMOUNT on my debit card- couldn't get the whole thing.  Said press
2 for no- which I did and rec'd recordings cust. reps were busy and to call
this number. Called, click, dead line.  Called bank- NO SUCH THING!  Called
few times....A live body said "Customer Fraud Calling Center" (didn't understand the name) and another time it was "Card Processing Center" (again
didn't get the name). My bank said they would personally call if there was
a problem.  Wonder what would have happened if I actually talked to someone
don't use my debit card AT ALL on line.  TELL YOUR BANK IF THIS HAPPENS!

The same thing happened to me, but when I called the second number a male voice came on and said "please hold while we trace your call....... thank you, your call has been traced."  Then, after a couple of seconds, it hung up.  Thinking it was some kind of error, I tried again and the same thing happened.

The message said it's "Fraud Detection Center". Then after a while they said that they are experiencing longer then usual wait time and to call 877-372-3495 to speak with a representative. I did call 877-372-3495 but again was put on hold.
