I repeately am receiving calls from these scam artists who claim I owe them money. They will not provide any documentation on this that shows I ever had any business with their company. They want me to give them my banking information and just give them money. I turned them in to Homeland Security and reported them to my attorney who is taking legal action if they continue to contact me. They have called my job, my family after I have told them to stop. These non english speaking scammers need to be stopped and I intend to pursue this and have them arrested and thrown in prison where they belong.

I have reported these fools to my local FBI and since they gave me a Florida address i called the Florida attorney generals office and made a complaint. The names they use is Raymond Scott, Adam Ryan and John Matthews which is all bogus because they have strong idia accents. I am in the process of filing chapter 7 bankruptcy and the next time i go to see my attorney he will be filing haressment charges against these a**holes. I hope they can be tracked down and put in jail because what they r doing is defintely against the law. But what ever u do please give these people nothing.

I have never done any bussiness with UCA and I received 10 calls in a matter of 5 minutes today at my job. He went so far as to tell me they were going to sue my boss.

Received a call today from a company claiming to be with the "federal legislative legal department" representing a company called "UCS".  They stated that I owed $ to this company called UCS and asked me to verify my social security number. Both individuals spoke with a heavy foreign accent.  They stated that they could not provide any written documentation of this debt.  I told them that the information they were using to contact me was stolen information and for them to notifiy their client "UCS" that I had not intention of following up or continuing the conversation.

Recieving several calls at this place of business I no longer work for the company and they are still calling, I do not no who these people are but they seem to think they no me. I do not owe a payday loan.

Phillip Campbell continues to call my work number and leave messages that if I don't call him back within 15 minutes of receiving the message he will call my supervisor/manager and tell them what I have done to my credit. He said he was from the Federal Legislation Department and not to disregard the messages because I will regret it and by that time the situation will be out of my hands. "Phillip" also stated that a case has been filed in my name and social and if I don't want any black spots on it I better call back.THIS IS A SCAM!!! DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE. I've filed complaints with the FTC and my states Attorney Generals Office.

I have been getting these calls for weeks!  I felt it was a scam so I've never called them back.  They call on my work phone number nearly every day.  This guy with an Indian sounding accent says his name is David Gibbs...  yeah right!

I have received about 5-6 calls everyday from this same number.
Today I answered, pretended to be someone else, and would take a message.
This is a SCAM company, some mid-eastern talking man calling himself Albert Smith, probably named AHBID or MOHAMMAD. They need to STOP or I am going to seek them out and take action.

I am having the same problem.  but the man I am dealing with is a JOHN BAKER.  the number that shows up on my caller ID is 052797721 and 0000.  Then he leaves a message and asks me to call him back at 877-419-3568.  He calls 4 times with in 20 minutes.

A man who calls himself Peter Johnson has been calling my employment numerous times a day about a loan that I never took out. I SERIOUSLY DOUBT THIS IS HIS NAME BECAUSE HE SOUNDS LIKE HE IS FROM INDIA OR IRAN. I asked him and my co workers asked him numerous times t identify his company and his supervisor, but he refused. Hi Diamond im am going through the same thing with these idiots. They have called my job constantly since this Friday and today. My boss has told them not to call anymore and they ignore it. Diamond the only thing i can tell u is hope and pray they go away. U may also want to to report them to the proper law enforcement. Thats what i did. Good luck

I too have been receiving these phone calls fromm this clown has called me at least 15 times on my job since Friday i have told him i know it is a scam. This has come definite harressment i have contacted the proper authorities. Something really needs to be done about these people. Chris i feel your pain. Im just praying and hoping this stops. I RECIEVED SEVERAL CALLS TODAY FROM THESE SAME PEOPLE. THEY STATED I OWE THEM 2,600 ON A LOAN THUR UCL WHICH IS NOT TRUE AT ALL. I have gotten calls like this before, more than likely you probably took a payday loan on line or looked up a loan on line and now they have general information. Usually the caller will have a thick accent but a very american name like Mary Thomas or Joe Smith. Anywhoo just report them, oh they also usually will say god bless or goodluck at the end of the conversation. If you are still unsure find out the company they are representing and google the actual company and get their number and call for yourself. But whatever you do DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY CARD NUMBERS OR BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION UNTIL YOU ARE SURE OF WHAT AND WHO YOU ARE PAYING

Got a call from these do***ebags a couple weeks ago saying my girlfriend owed them for a past due loan.  They were supposedly a collection agency so they knew very little about the actual loan and would not answer questions at first.  She (my girlfriend) had taken a loan out a few years before from paydayloans for textbooks.  That loan was for 160 and had already been paid back.  She was very confident this was the only loan she had taken out with these people.  However, after being threatened of being sued I thought maybe she had taken out another loan a couple years ago and had forgotten about it. I told her to just set up a payment plan and pay it back.  So............it was all set up to be paid for when a week later we get another call from "different" but obviously the same people who were saying the same thing as last week.  She owed them money for an overdue loan.  I kind of knew something was up now.  We finally got an exact date of when the loan was supposedly deposited into her checking account.  We looked into her checking account and there was not a deposit on that day or any other day. I called them back and told them this was a scam and I had spoken to a lawyer and that I needed a company name, mailing address, and phone number where my lawyer could reach them.  He said "I already gave that information to (girlfriends name) and hung up.  Tried to call back and phone was off.  What is really scary to me is that if they had not called back the second time they would have gotten 600.00 dollars from us.  These people are gutless cowards who are too lazy to actually work for a living and deserve to be shot.  Just my opinion.

The best thing to do to get these guys to leave you alone for while is to  give them information from a credit card that is no longer valid. Switch a couple of the numbers on the card and give the expiration date of a valid card. Make the payment arrangements a month out. Even if it does not stop the calls it may at least alert the banks that these guys are a fraud.

Call them several times a day and try to order a pizza.

Call them over and over and say nothing.

I to have had calls from this number at least 10 times on my job yesterday. They say they r from US cash advance and that i need to pay them 713 dollars or they will press criminal charges. This was total harassment when i kept hanging up on this particular person who called himself Raymond Scott but had a very heavy indian accent. He would ask to speak to my boss when my boss did get on the phone and told him not to call he still called. He wanted fax number information and debit card information. I told him i didnt have a bank account he demamded that i purchase a prepaid debit card. When i told him a knew this was a scam he laughed. I am working with an attorney on another matter and my lawyer will be filling harrasment charges on this jack***. I have also spoke to my local FBI and gave them this 1877 number and the names of two other ones that i spoke to claiming to be supervisiors named Adam Ryan and John Mathews. I finally got them to give me an adress 1408 Bayview Ct Fort Meyer, Florida 32219. I have heard that this people people r operating operating out of Florida and California on Monday i will be calling The Florida Attorney Generals office and the Federal Trade Commission to file complaints. This people need to be stopped.

I've had the exact thing happen to me, I'm looking to find there address to send a complaint to my states attorney office

The person who claimed he was with the legal department with United Cash Advance, stated that I would be sued and imprisoned for a $300 loan made online last year, and that I would have to get a lawyer to represent me.  He also stated that I would settle the loan for a one time settlement figure of $685.00.  When I asked where was he calling from he replied from the state of Florida.

I received the same call this evening.  What did you do to report this?

They called me on cell and asked me to get a message to a friend that it was very important that she get in touch with them concerning a legal matter.  He said his name was Steven McQuire from Investigative Office legal dept.  That on the paper she gave my name and number.  I called my friend and gave her this info.  She went round and round with him and finally decided they were not getting anywhere.

this foreign accented person has been calling me at work and has even stated that they talked with my manager, but can't give me a name.  They are now callling my home number many times.  what should i do??
