On my ATT bill we received an OAN Services, Odessey and I have no idea why. IF this company  is comitting fraud why isn't CA prosecuting them.

I also noticed charges from them on my Verizon bill,after not being able to contact OAN I called Verizon and they are blocking any 3rd party charges from my account. My charge for fax service, I haven't sent on in 4 months, and Verizon never charged 14.95 to do so

I just opened my phone bill this afternoon and found a $13.73 charge from OAN Services (on behalf of USA Voicemail). My service is a private landline  with the cheapest phone you can get - not voicemail capable.  I called their # 1-877 439-3802 and they are there M  -  F only.  On Monday I will call them and if their answer is not satisfactory to me I will call the FCC - Federal Communication Commission@ 1-888-835-5322 to complain.  As I'm writing this I'm getting even angrier so I think I'll make a complaint to the FCC even if they remove the charge quickly.

Same thing happened to me, I have AT&T in California and got the $12.95 charge. AT&T says they can do nothing. Yet if I don't pay the fee it will show as a late charge on my phone bill.

This is the second time for me. 6 months or so ago I had the same thing happen and spent lots of time trying to get it cancelled. Now it's back.

Anybody have their address? If they are near me I would like to pay them a visit in person.

Unfortunately, you cannot block these 3rd party billing charges in california as its against state law. Believe me, I have tried. :( Sorry dude! Every other state will allow you to. Best of luck with the issue

AT&T makes a percentage of the money on these calls. Why should they block them?

I got the same kind of item $14 from "USA Voicemail Premium Monthly Fee" on my phone bill. The reality is that I have only DSL service but no phone service at all. Bellsouth posted this on my bill.... should develop something to avoid this....but just accept whatever is charged, very irresponsible! They asked me to call the company to return the funds, which will never get the money back! It is just a one-time deal. When this fraud accumulates 100,000 times, USA Voicemail will make 1,400,000 dollars!!

I have no idea what this charge was for.  It just showed up on my April AT&T bill as ""USA Voicemail Premium Monthly Fee", in the amount of $12.95.  I have no voicemail service and have never signed up for one.  Hey, AT&T, what's the big idea?  Don't you screen your so-called billing partners at all?  Why do you allow this sort of crap to be put onto your bills?

I have charges that are unauthorized also from OAN services.  I have to report fraud.  I have a block on my phone that is supposed to stop any unauthorized charges on my centurytel bill. somehow they got through.  14.95 was charged from this company I know nothing about.  this is a scam and is obvious as many reoprts are showing up.  I dont even know how they recieved my number.

This number appeared on my phone bill as OAN Services, Inc.  There was a 13.00 charge that did not specify the reason for the charge.  I called the number and they told me my daughter (a minor) had signed me up for voicemail services.  I have researched this company on the internet and found they have THOUSANDS of complaints similar to mine.  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!  Hang up if they call and teach your children not to ever give personal information over the phone.
